I had trouble with printing my return labels. They took time to assist me and were pleasant throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend them and would give them 10 stars if that was possible.

Just be careful using this location. The prior owner was a gem and I did business with him for years. I was given wrong instructions by the agent at the desk regarding methods of shipment and details. The package was lost! They pointed me to the disclaimer in the receipt and refused to help. I guess theyre worried about the claim. I understand their position, but they really need to learn how to address issues when they pop up. This will not be their last. They are rude and unprofessional -- they do not acknowledge their own mistakes nor learn from them. A simple sorry goes a long way! Just do yourself a favor and either go to the nearest FedEx owned location on Cinco Ranch OR the closest UPS owned location OR use other shippers around. They seem to be trying, but not going back there nor would I recommend them to anyone!

I always use this store for drop offs, never had a single problem with orders in this location and owners are always friendly and helpful. Once had to print out labels/package a box and had the full service done for me at 0 cost. Very much recommended!

The owners here are giving outstanding service for simple drop-offs at no cost to print out return label, tape the box and gives the receipt even for USPS DropOffs which no other Shipping store provides for USPS packages and accepts it with a smile. Last time I went at another place and they charged me $1.00 for this service but PAKMAIL owners are giving the best customer service. I got to know they do Notary here as well and I am definitely coming here always!

After comparing the shipping rates at other postal store, I must say they beat the price. Came here the first time to ship a big box to Scotland. Not only they gave me cheaper rates but they took care of all my stuff by putting each item in separate plastic bags specially my branded handbags that if the box gets wet in between transit it doesnt spoil my stuff. Very professional, economical store with best customer service.

Got competitive rates for international shipping. I checked with nearby UPS store but I received better options here as they are authorized to offer UPS, FedEx and DHL so I could compare all options and select the most cost effective option. Plus they are super friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them for all my future shipping needs.

I have been coming here for about 4 years. This place is amazing. The owner is so kind and helpful. One time I went in to mail my wedding invitations and he cleaned the US mail container they would be placed in so they wouldn’t get dirty. I am constantly buying and returning things from Amazon, and always take my return packages here because I know they will be packaged well. In fact, today I came in right when the owner was closing up and he let me in to do my returns. He taped up my boxes and even let me print a return label free of charge. I go out of my way to come to this location and you should, too!

I do not usually write reviews, however, this business owner hassled me with incorrect information about the mask requirement in Fort Bend county. I politely informed him of an existing medical condition that prevents the use of a mask. He then became confrontational and I had to ask myself why I would bother with this guy when there are more professional postal stores nearby.

I always ship from this location. I go out my way to come here, because I know I will recieve kind and friendly service. The owner is always helpful and I like how easy my transaction is every time. Ive recently started a soap business and just went in to ask some questions on shipping. Josh the owner was kind enough to share everything he knew on his trade. My family and I been using this park nail location for years and service has always been five stars. 2 weeks ago I went there to scan docs, the system was not working in way he could send scanned docs by email... the owner simply came up with a solution,: told me to use an Apple apps which he taught me how to do it on spot without charge. What a professionalism and customer care focuse values!!! Keep it up Mr Josh.

They will ship your packages just fine but you will pay an outrageous amount to do so. Took a USPS package in they said it would cost $13 left and went to the post office and shipped it using the same service for less than $5. Took a FedEx package in and was quoted over $100 for overnight mail, went a couple exits away to the FedEx store and shipped for less than $40. I understand these packaging stores need to make a profit but this place is absolutely ridiculous they charge you more than 200% of the actual cost to mail anything. If anything you can use this store to drop off packages with prepaid shipping labels that you printed online but do not go in here to actually mail something unless you want to take out a second mortgage to pay their prices. They are definitely nice and helpful but to me that is not worth paying double the cost of anywhere else on earth.

I have been coming here since they opened. The owner is super friendly and always finds ways to save cost for any shipment. He also is super military friendly when I shop care packages to deployed soldiers. By far the best mail location in Katy.

For some reason the US post office will not open a branch that is conveniently located for the booming south Katy neighborhoods - but I think thats a good thing because privately owned services like this fill the gap so much better than a government bureaucracy.I have been using this business for about a year and a half to rent a mailbox. I also dropoff prelabeled/prepaid shipments for USPS and UPS every few weeks. Never had a single issue, and Ive been into this store at least 20 times.
