One of the best stores in katy-Mills. The people here are so nice and friendly just like the other reviews. Everything was on-sale, got grear price for the items we bought. You can buy and engrave the watches you buy for free. Overall really great customer service.

Had an issue with my watch. Brought it in and Cooper diagnosed the issue within a couple of minutes. Swapped it for a brand new watch no questions asked!She even took the time to show me other watches and explained the features and let me try them on.Excellent service from Cooper.

Great people and service, bought two beautiful watches

Came in looking for a wallet. I was the only one in the store. Three of the sale associates were standing behind the counter talking. They never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help finding something. I can understand if the store was busy but it wasn’t. Another customer walked in and they acknowledged them and even asked if they needed help finding anything. I walked out and never got acknowledged for leaving the store. Please work on customer service for all customers. I work in the customer service industry so completely understand how it works. I shouldn’t feel singled out. Taking my business elsewhere.

If you are trying to find an easy gift for any guy, Fossil is the perfect place to shop. They have the finest affordable watches, wallets, sunglasses, and bags. But my favorite is their watch collection. This store is very organized and clean. The workers here are wonderful for helping you find a style and tell you what’s been trending.

I had forgotten my watch at the store after I bought it. I went in two days later, and told me about it. They just asked me to pick up the watch and take it. No questions asked. Very courteous staff. Very friendly.

Which one I need to write I don’t know but first I just left the store there were three employees. I only know the name of one of them (Zack), looks he is on charge. I went to store that change the battery of my fossil watch. While he was doing that they broke one of the hands of my watch. They didn’t even realize that, while I was trying to learn what to do about it, other two employees (one of them is very young guy who looks new in the store, other one is a lady.) they were talking to each other and not helping at all, they were soooooo unprofessional and rude. Worse fossil experience ever.

I dont buy watches anywhere anymore. They custom engrave and resize while you wait for free. The prices are also ridiculously low. I have bought amazing time pieces for cheap here.

As soon as i walked in they were so helpful. I dumbly left my recipt at home but had the watch and charger. Still they helped me sove my watch issue and i couldnt be happier.
