So I was kicked out of the store BY THE MANAGER WHO THREATENED ME to call security IF I DONT LEAVE because I didn’t have mask. I told them I have proof of vaccination and they didn’t care. I asked for mask and they said you have to pick it up from mall management which I don’t know where it is. I don’t mind wearing the mask but AS A COURTESY THE STORE SHOULD HAVE A BOX TO PROVIDE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO CAME WITH NO MASK WITH ONE. Will never ever buy from Polo again. I gave one star which is zero, manager was not smart dealing with the situation👎

I do not recommend this company for trust, last week they didn’t allow me to use the fitting room and when I returned to exchange the shirts to small sizes, I used one and washed it and didn’t use the other one, but I took the tags of and put the in the bag with the invoice, the manager refused to accept the exchange, the reason was that she can’t sell it again.It is actually not my business.

So I was in Miami for the super bowl. Needed a pair of black Jeans. Stopped by the store in bayside. 2 for $40 slim straight Jeans. Bought 2 pairs. Liked them. Came back to Katy TX, looked on website same price. Came to Katy mills mall. Promotion not in store. Asked the manager for promo price she said NO. Now Im sitting in the mall and Im able to buy them on line for $20 each.Need to train manager to take care of customer. I left without buying anything.

The people are nice and very friendly there. Lots of stores to look at and choose from. Food court is Amazing .

Went for Exchange and got a great customer service. Everything was fast and clean.

Nobody in the stores speaks to you or asks if you need help. Seems they only speak to there own
