I have no used this service BUT we had to park our car while our 2 year old was throwing a huge fit. MyHusband took my son out of the car and sat with him outside to handle his “fit”. I cannot remember the mans name but an employee had came out and asked my husband if everything was okay and handed my son a lollipop. It was a very kind gesture and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Staff is friendly, and the wait estimates are always pretty close. We often walk home and come pick it up if there is a wait time. Sometimes it is just a handful of minutes, and we just wait there. We never call or ask for an appointment. We are pleased with them.

I had my vehicle serviced here a few times. Then the price started going up with no explanation. The last time it was over $100 for an oil change. When I questioned the guy he started making excuses and couldn’t explain. It’s cheaper just to go to the dealership.

This is the place to go in Katy for car wash and oil change. I rarely get my car washed, but I always have these guys do it when my oil is being changed. The owner is super friendly, and he makes a point to remember you.

I have been coming to Super Lube & Tune Car Wash Center consistently every month for almost 6 years. Today I pull up at 5:19PM and an employee walks up to me to tell me that he cannot wash my truck because they close at 6PM. I informed him of the time and his reply back was that he was going to wash the car that pulled up after me and would not have time to wash my truck. This made no sense to me since I arrived well before closing time and that they were taking a customer that arrived after me. This is not the first time I have had this issue with Super Lube. I will no longer be taking my business here, nor will I be recommending to my network of friends, family, and people I associate with in the area.

I live in Tomball and my best friend lives in Katy. Was due for a oil change but desperately needed a car wash. Superior service!! They were very friendly and when I returned from running around and lunch I found my car spotless!! The best interior detail job I have had! I got the $39.99 Radiant but it was better by far than any $60 -$80 wash I had paid for elsewhere! This will do my new routine... much needed girl time with the bonus of a great car wash and oil change.

I love going to this center, they are fast and very very good at what they do. I would recommend others to this place. Try it out for yourself. Great staff and service. My family will continue to visit and have service done at this center.

Wish I could give no stars. They put the wrong filter on my nieces truck then never changed the oil. She left thinking everything was fine. Went back and they acknowledged what they did but refused to give her back the money....dont go here. They should be ashamed.

Took my car to get washed but not satisfied with how they left it and for the price I paid. They didnt even clean or wipe down the dashboard. I thought Id give them another chance but they are still as bad as last time I was here. They broke my lock switch knob and didnt even tell me last time. I knew I should have just went to Blue Wave Express. Ugh.

I went there for the first time for an oil change and they given me Veterans discount plus they washed my car for free,I was very pleased with the service

Got a wash, inside of the car detailed and an oil change. The trunk wasnt vacuumed. The oil level was three quarts low! Theres no leak; it just wasnt put in. Never again!

Needed help trying to figure out what was wrong with my A5. Took it to Faiz and he immediately figured out the issue. He also gave me a few pointers for future maintenance. I was in and out within half an hour. Would recommend to anyone!

Very Very Disappointing!!!! Arrived at 5:30 and they cannot not do a car wash. I come here often and this is soooo disappointing. Took me over an hour to drive there in traffic...there’s plenty of time - you’ll need to start posting the times better..I would have never driven knowing you’d not take me - I tried to call several times and it goes to a cell number that’s off and Mailbox is Full... for someone that Loves this place and drive far to come here I’m super disappointed...Makes me very upset...

I have had very good service from these folks. They are courtesous, frriendly, and reliable. On several occasions they have performed mechanical repairs on my cars, and the work was well done at a reasonable price. I recommend Super Lube & CAR WASH

My biggest issue with my car is not having the time to maintenance it... I went to the Super lube and tune, told them what was wrong with my carand fez took care of everything . Very trustworthy, fast, and affordable . Great shop.

Been going for years with all 4 cars. They do a very good job at a fair price.

Took my car for inspection, got a non legible copy of report, and was told it was against the law to reprint a better copy! Wow! Stay away from this place, it is operated by idiots!
