Today they lost their loyal customer! I’ve been coming here for past 5 years not only for car wash also oil change in the past ! I came yesterday before work for a car wash I did the packing 2 ! I expected to my car look shiny inside and out but nope! I still have dust and finger prints all over inside my cup holder wasn’t even touched ! I was really really disappointing ! I called the manger yesterday while at work told him how unsatisfied I am ! He apologized told me to come in tomorrow I came into today ! I talked to this guy name Zee he recognized me from yesterday I told him how I’m not satisfied that my car isn’t clean properly! He try to be a smart mouth with me telling me “oh that dust will appear after cleaning, we can’t really rub it so much inside”. Asked me what package I got than I’d like oh yeah that’s why we really don’t do that much so are you telling me that in package 2 that you won’t clean my car inside properly such as wiping down the dashboard ?! When I told him I talked to the manger yesterday he’s like oh I can do magic Just clean the dashboard! I left told him I’m never coming back again I didn’t pay $25 for not to have a clean car ! My parents been going to Apple car wash in Richmond for 2 years. They recommend them always seen them with no problems with their car ! Definitely will be going to them CincoAuto Car wash lost my service!WHAT OF WAIST OF $25 !!

Ive been in the auto service industry for over 15 years. This is the shop I choose for my personal Auto maintenance. Theyre well managed and it shows in their quality of work and care for customer service.

Friendly people, quality wash and pay attention to detail. At times it’s a hit or miss on quality but overall it’s worth it. All employees are respectful. The only thing I would recommend is if the owner would invest into his outside staff and get some kind of shade for them in this Texas heat. Overall great business.

I have been visiting this business for about two months now, and I am unsatisfied with their service. The first time I became unhappy, was when they created a large scratch on the passenger side of my truck. I didnt want to make a scene, so I brushed it off. No big deal, it happens, right. But then I came in with a fair bit of mud on my truck. They said they would have to charge me extra because it had mud on it, which I was okay with. I pay the full service $30 per month membership, but for the extra mud it cost me an extra $31 just for that one car wash. They didnt get any of the mud underneath my control arms, suspension springs, or even as simple as the bumper. I went back one more time, and I had about 20 scratches all over my vehicle. I purposely parked up before I left to inspect my vehicle, and Im glad i did. When i saw all of the scratches, I went inside and asked for a manager. When the manager was checking out my vehicle, he told me that none of this was from his machines and that I must had never seen them before. I then replied saying I check my vehicle every day and that it all wasnt there before, to which he checked out my truck a little more and then walked away. Here are all the pictures of my new scratches. This is going to cost me HUNDREDS to get out!! Thanks, but I dont recommend getting your car washed there.

I took my car in for a wash and shine and purchased a Yankee Candle air freshener while checking out. The printed sticker on the freshener pack said Cinco Auto Wash - $3.49. I paid for my wash and the freshener and then noticed on the receipt that I had been charged $6.49 for the freshener. Assuming that it was an honest error, I showed the discrepancy to the cashier and was appalled by the response I received. His reply was that the price is whatever the computer says it is. When I showed him the sticker (which was not only on the freshener I bought but all of the others like it), he said that it didn’t matter. When I then asked for a refund and he said “all sales are final”.I could care less about the $3, but the practice is deceptive and I can’t help but wonder how many other customers have bought the same product thinking they were paying the $3.49 sticker price and never looked at their receipt to realize they’d actually been charged almost double.The actual car wash service was fine.

Easy and efficient drop off for the wifes Jeep for an oil change as well as a quick detail. We were happy with the cleaning and oil change with no additional recommended services being suggested.

Decent car wash but super super slow. Been waiting 45 minutes for a simple wash during a slow day.Update: 1 hour and still waiting. They say they are almost done.

I have been using CincoAuto2 for years. They have an experienced staff and exceptional customer service. I trust taking my vehicle to them and they always operate with a level of professionalism and service that can be challenging to find at other repair shops.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because the oil change service was not done properly in the first time....there was a small leak that had to be fixed. Luckily it was small and did not compromise the engine. I took the car back in the next day and got it fixed right away.

We got our car glass replaced (break-in). We were very happy with the service of Cincoauto2. They did the job as quickly as they said they would and at a reasonable price. They even washed our car! Would 100% go again.

Great car wash, I dont know how they vacuum so well. When they get done with my van it looks like it came off the showroom floor.

Could’ve been more thorough with their interior cleaning. They didn’t vacuum between the seats and visible dust was left on the arm on the passenger side door. Didn’t want my car washed just the inside cleaned, but they ran it through the was anyway, which meant they had to rush on the inside.

Spent more money on the good wash and oil change and there was bugs all in the paint and the wheels wells were dirty. Would not recommend

Went in for a “simple” oil change. Dropped off car and waited for call when done to come back. Got the call from mechanic who wanted to add over $250 more to do more to my car than I asked for. Told him just want my oil changed and how much do I owe? He left phone for 10 minutes and came back again saying you need air filter, you need this, you need that. After awhile I again said no, just the oil change and how much. Again left phone said will check. Came back saying they put in an oil that cost more that I didn’t ask for. Told him they were to put in another type oil and he said oh yeah we did and gave a lower price. So which is it?? I’ll never know now what type of oil they used.I won’t be going back here for anything, not even a car wash. Don’t trust them and don’t like the pushing if services not asked for.

Always fast and very happy with the service. We get our cars washed and waxed and they also do our inspections each year.

I took my vehicle in for oil change If the techs dont know how to Reset Oil Life then they shouldnt be putting thier hands in any car. I could of made this a big issue but I kindly took it to the DEALERSHIP to get it fixed. I LOST OUT 25.00 that they charged me also for Inspection I was told I had to take my car to the Dealership Thanx for keeping my money

Great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There was more than enough indoor and outdoor seating available, and free Wi-Fi as well.They kept me updated on my vehicles status and they even washed and vacuumed it thoroughly after the repair was over.

I have been going to this location since the day they opened. It was a terrific experience and the quality was great. The owner was involved. They repaired the A/C leak in fact the owner asked me not to do a expensive repair and gave an alternate. They have gone south in the last few years. I got my suspension and breaks done 6 months back. VERY POOR JOB!! They did not take my feedback right after the repair for which I paid only $500 lease than the BMW dealer would have charged. Within a month the problem was back...$3500.00!! gone down the toilet!!Recently I got my battery replaced giving them another chance as I believe in loyalty.. I guess no point continuing with them. The owner does not care!!

Unimpressive car wash, approximately the same level clean if I were just to rinse with a hose. Not to mention I paid for wax and they didnt not wax it, literally watched them the whole time

Save your money, go to rapid express carwash or H20 carwash which are literally across the street . My car came out dirty . I payed $29.99 and one of the managers which is short with white hair said you get what you paid for he looks like a lizard.

I have Use this car wash place for years and the guy that claimed he is the manager “Luis” is lazy and does half complete jobs. He is a poor reflection on the business and when I see him I dread him even touching my truck. The rest of the staff are great. He is a weak link.

Went for a full detail as instructed at 7:25 am (5 minutes before opening) on a Saturday. The guy taking the cars tried to tell me they couldnt take the car because of too many cars already in??? After talking to the manager they said theyll take the car but charge me an extra $30 for pressure washing door jambs, which they did not anyway and I had to ask for it to get it done costing me 30 extra minute. This was a full detail worth $160 already mind you. They couldnt give me a pickup time or a ride back home (a service listed on their website). The detail job done in my opinion was not worth more than $50. Hopefully my carpet will be dry in the next few days. NOT recommended.

Amazing experience every time I come here. At first their pricing was more than I was used to paying, but the transparent procedures, customer service, and the amazing car wash and detailing upon completion are above and beyond any car services Ive ever experienced.If you are handy with your car and ask for advice, they even suggest ways you can take care of your own vehicle. But if you dont have the basic know-how, the time, or are in over your head, you will love what these workers, and Kevin in particular, can offer you and your car.Theyve made a new life-long customer, and Im spreading the word!

I went to have an estimate and consuled twice / thrice that just for seeing there is no charges and then mechanic told i have opened the door to analyze the issue need to paid $129 for labor even i dont want to fix the issue or pay for parts and labor both to fix the issue, greatly disappointment .Even after recheciking twice or thrice and then i mentioned that i have been told not charges just for seeing, then told i opened the door so you have to pay for labor even i dont fix. Completly unprofessional

@owner- I generally try to clean up the car a bit by removing trash etc so it is easier to do a complete vacuum job. I didn’t realize it but my Apple Watch was somehow still in my vehicle maybe between the seats or something. Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning and washing my car, I found my Apple Watch sitting on my seat when I picked up my vehicle. I know I am writing a review because an employee basically didn’t steal but honesty is sometimes missing and they had an easy chance to make a quick buck so I am very happy with the honesty of the crew. Thank You!

Good car wash, good value.No complaint, but should’ve gone with the hand wash vs the wash tube. New truck came out with bristle scratches.

Went in for a state inspection...fast service, clean facility and courteous staff.

Thought it was really great customer service by Alexis and the management Miguel was pretty accommodating gave me a $10 discount on the oil change. The person servicing it was Zack. when you come in ask for him he was great and because I got a oil change they did a full detail washing my car. It’s a pretty big steal for a price in my opinion.

I have been to CincoAuto2 no less than 5 times and I always have to send my car back or request the “finisher” to finish the job because cup holders aren’t wiped, door jams are ignored, mats aren’t vacuumed, etc.Today was the last straw. In the photos you can see the sand still on the latch for my 3rd row seat. I told them when I pulled up to give extra attention to the floors due to sand. When it was ready, it was still dirty. I sent it back. What you see now is after the 2nd attempt to clean. With a quick wipe of my finger the sand was gone. I give up, I will spend my 2hr stints at a harder working car wash at Mason Rd & Kingsland Blvd.

I went to get my car washed here and I got to say they did a wonderful job. I’ve gone numerous times to get my car washed and each and every time I’m helped by the assistant car wash manager Alex and I got to say he’s extremely friendly and on top of his game. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I got a super clean and an engine bay cleaning and I got to say he definitely knows how to pay attention to detail because my car and engine bay was spotless. I can tell he enjoys what he does and is very passionate about it. He’s like an artist go see him!!!

From the moment you walk in you are treated right. Before they do any major work they take a look over it, and give you an estimate. They even break it down by coast, show you where your money is going. It was amazing service at a reasonable price. I cant ask for more.

I want to shout out Zee who works on the car wash side. He was super friendly and funny and helped to create a package for me that got me out of there in the time I had and didn’t make me pay for a bunch of extra services I didn’t need. He also used the pressurized air to help blow off all the dog hair that was on me which was hilarious and also much needed! He is a great addition to Cinco Auto 2 and brightens your day. Definitely recommend!

They try to charge you more by making you wait more time. They diagnosis is wrong. They even put notes that dont even do. Like tire pressure check like that. After receiving the car I noticed tire check light. I was not even out of the service center. They looked and told tires were having more air and now they leveled it. But the receipt they gave was mentioned they checked air pressure and noted as OK. I faced worst day today with them.

If I can give a 0, I would. This place went from great to bad within 2 years since I came there. One employee is unfriendly; he thinks he has the right to yell at you. When it was reported to the manager, I got a “oh, I’m sorry ma’am”. When you pay $24.99 plus tip for your car seat ask, you don’t expect to see dirty spots still on your white car. When I told the manager, again, I got “Oh, I’m sorry ma’am”. Then told me it was my car’s problem that was why it can jot be cleaned. Well, guess what, mr. manager, I came home and use a rack and my dirty spots came right out. Give you a second chance, you messed up once again! I will not come back there anymore!

I was very disappointed that Cinco Auto 2 does not require their patrons to wear masks. There were at least 5 men in the waiting room without masks. The staff said nothing to them despite posted signs saying that masks are required. I asked the cashier to address the issue and she informed me that she was not allowed by her boss to say anything to customers about masks.

I came in for an oil change and car wash was told the process would take 15-20 minutes. It ended up taking closer to 3 hours with a number of additional services that were performed without my asking. Deeply disappointed.

I took my truck for a check engine light. Niko explained to me his diagnostic approach and prices very clearly. He called me to explain that I may have a recall on the part that is failing. What? He didnt try to quote me a price on repair or scare me into service. He is going to follow up with me the next day on the recall and let me know what the best plan of action is. I am very impressed with Nikos professionalism. I have tried all of the other repair shops in my area and have not been happy with any of them. I just canceled my membership because they give members secondary treatment. They will allow others to cut the line leaving you waiting extra long to get your car washed. This has happened 3 times so I am pretty sure about it. I spoke with a manager who did not care at all that I watched 8 people have their cars washed that came after me. There are plenty of options on this street for car wash services. Glad to give my $$ to someone else.

Very nice place to get a car wash. Plenty of space for waiting and prices are fair. Would be 5 stars from me but I dont like it when I have to complain about something and I get a bunch of excuses that have nothing to do with me. Just a simple no problem, we will make it right. Otherwise, very nice place.

My wife brought my new to me truck in from out of state to be inspected, when she got to the tax office it was showing the wrong make. She was told that she needed to go get the paperwork corrected, and bring it back. She works during the day so this is an inconvenience to her, as well as me working away from home. When she called cincoauto2, they informed her that the truck would need to be reinspected before proper paperwork could be given.I called and spoke to Kevin about the situation and he personally offered to go get my truck and remedy the situation himself. I appreciate the honesty and his quick problem solving. It saved an hour of my wifes time having to put away her work and dealing with her anxiety/asthma with the mask law.Thank you Kevin for getting us taken care of and keeping a customer

The prices are reasonable, and if they happen to have a coupon even better. However, the vacuuming was not the best. It said tire shine in package. But, they said it doesn’t include. I asked to please vacuna again. They did, and it was so much better.

I sent my car in around 2:30 in he afternoon for a oil change and they told me it was slow and would be very fast. I would be called once it is done. No phone call and they closed leaving me with no car to get to work in the morning with. Great customer service!

I love this place. I have been for multiple vehicles. I have taken cars and trucks here. I have always had them give an honest assessment, not over priced or things I don’t need. They have even told me that an issue was not needed and why as well as when I could recognize when it becomes an issue and when to bring it in. Solid business from those looking for the long term customers.

I needed a car wash so I went down there and The Price Was great! Then I saw after they were done cleaning it was spotless. If you have ever had a doubt about them stealing anything I left 3 dollars on accident and then I could the three dollars in my cup holder 10/10 would recommend

A commercial painter truck had pulled out in front of me and dropped a bunch of buckets of some kind of adhesive all over the road and I ran over it and got the stuff all down the sides of my ford raptor. We just moved to town and found this place via google and google reviews. They worked diligently for over 6 hours and got all of that adhesive stuff off my truck. They even put two coats of wax back on the truck. My truck looks better than ever now. This place done an amazing job!

Go here all the time to get cars washed. Great customer service and friendly staff. Sign up for the VIP special to get more bang for your buck. Can get very crowded late in the evening so pay attention to the time you go. Recommend this place for getting your vehicle shinning.

Took my 72 Beetle show car in for the annual inspection. Took no time at all...they were very careful with Bugsly...they even had replacement wipers for him....11 inches...not too many stock this size. My experience was great, and will definitely go back.

When another local car service destroyed the oil plug on my wife’s car and blamed the previous shop for the destruction (which was impossible since Cinco Auto doesn’t touch the oil plug), cinco auto stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park with their service by offering to replace the plug at no charge! These guys will get all of my service as long as I live here!

Hands-down the best customer service and super efficient! Brought in our truck for a front wheel alignment and new brakes, great work for a great price, can’t beat it. Also got a car wash for both of our vehicles and they did a really great job as well. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to others!

The most amazing staff! They genuinely care about the customer and I will never take my vehicles to be repaired any where else!! Took the time to explain to me what repairs were necessary and what to anticipate in the future. Truly honest and trustworthy and for the first time in my life I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of at the repair shop!

The are a slow and a bunch of people things come up missing from there cars

I average about 2000 miles per month on my Ford F-150. I only use Cinco Auto 2 for all my maintenance. They get me in and out quickly and don’t recommend anything my truck doesn’t actually need. Their mechanics are very professional and prices are very reasonable. I love it and they give you a wash and vacuum after each service

This was my first time going to this location and I am very pleased with the services and the staff! When you first walk in you are greeted with a friendly staff and a super clean waiting room. I came in for an oil change and was surprised that they also included a car wash! I will keep bringing my car here because you just cant beat that price and you cant put a dollar amount on great service! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes! This was a great first experience and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I talk to!!

Cinco Auto always does a great job on coming through for us on repairs. AND if youre looking for an oil change and clean car, these guys deliver the best deal in the area. Their basic car wash is included with every oil change; but, the attention given to cleaning your car at a basic level is superior! Great value add. I love that theyre open on Saturdays. They are not the cheapest in the area; but, they do look for opportunities to give you discounts if you ask. Reasonable and reliable.

Ive been taking my vehicles to CincoAuto2 for repairs for about 2 years now. I can say that, without question, these are most honest and fair people you will ever deal with. Their work is always top notch and they get your vehicle back to you quickly. Very, very happy with the service Ive received and they certainly have a customer for life with me.

Amazing location, its hard to find people you can trust when getting mechanical work done on your vehicle but the team at at Cinco auto 2 went above and beyond to fix issues that caused my check engine light to come on. Beautiful facility with lots of seating areas, TVs to pass the time I would highly recommend this location. Kevin and Cornellio are awesome!
