Couldnt be more pleased with the work that Jon did on my 2003 MINI Cooper S. Jon found, diagnosed, fixed an electrical issue on my car that even the professional BMW guys missed time and time again, The electrical problem had led to a series of other issues, including repeatedly failed A/C unit, cooling fan, etc. Other mechanics kept replacing the electrical units that were damaged without fixing the cause. Jon found the cause, (ailing alternator) replaced it, fixed all other damaged electrical parts and Voila! The car literally has tons more power (I guess the alternator was hindering the full capacity of the supercharger) and the car runs as smoothly as it did when it was new 18 years ago. I couldnt be more pleased. And of course, the pricing was fair!

5 stars!!!, after firestone failed me several times I decided to try local, Quality Auto came highly recommended. I called John, he picked up right away and was very professional, and took my Jeep in the same day and fixed what Firestone couldnt. It was a pleasure to deal with him and the shop, he charged me hundreds less than other shops and did it faster, and found several mistakes that another shop made. The attention to the small details is what matters, and Quality Auto does.

Absolutely amazing experience. Our car was becoming unsafe to drive and although it was a holiday weekend and they were supposed to be closed, they still took the car in and fixed it that day. Was very upfront and honest about cost and expectations. Prices were fair and on par with other shops and service was extraordinary. Recommend this shop and will use in the future.

Until an apparent recent change of management, we have been very happy with the work that has been done on several of our cars. However, things have changed, not only in the work done, but in the attitude taken by the man in charge. On 5-29-19, we took our truck in for a brake job shoes, pads, rotors, calipers, etc. (whatever is covered in a brake job). The truck was driven home and not used until 6/15 when we loaned the truck to a friend who needed to get to work at Job Corps. The front end was shaking badly and was very difficult to control as she neared Waimanalo. She barely made it to the campus and was told the next day by the Master mechanic that the rear brake calipers were not secure from a recent repair. 2 bolts were missing to secure the calipers. Our friend was told that she was lucky she was not killed driving it.When Quality Auto was told about this calamity, they first denied that they had any hand in it. Later that day, they called with the news that, he had been misinformed and that it was their fault in not securing the bolts. When asked if there would be any compensation for the near disaster, he said maybe we could give you a free oil change

So, I think these guys probably do a good job, trying to get them to work on the car was my issue. My air conditioning wasnt working. I diagnosed that it may be one part. I bought part but that did not fix issue. I took to these guys bc of reviews. They had my car 8 hours and only checked my part to confirm that was not issue. They suggested I buy another part and then come back. I did this, but they keep saying they were booked up when I tried to make appointment. I was going out if town and wanted to leave it with them. I had to keep leaving messages like a dumped girlfriend. After a week of this, I said, when can you work on my car?... To which they responded never, bc it was too big of a job, and that I should go to an air conditioning place. Ughhhhh.... Fine.. Why didnt you say so in the first place??!! So one 🌟 for professionalism from me.

They are great my sensor switches was not working . all shops in the windward area said nothing wrong so the just resets the switchBut this group lift up the hood and check everything and fix the problem
