The manager, staff, customer service & Halloween Decorations at this location is hands down the best I’ve experienced at ANY DQ location.A female staff member offered to change my flat tire. I ordered a blizzard but couldn’t find my wallet to pay when I pulled up. The manager actually walked the blizzard out to me & said it was on the house since I frequent the location. Two horrible days made brighter by 2 DQ Angels!!They also have a points system to earn free Cool Treats & Pup Cups for dogs! Highly Recommend!

By far the best Dairy Queen there is in all of Ohio!!! never a long wait even when the line is around the corner, the food is always fresh and accurate, every employee is kind,friendly and seems to actually enjoy their job and I love it… the management there knows how to run a business and I appreciate it in ever manner, been going to this Dairy Queen sense I was a child and now bring my kids and love they get to actually enjoy a well run business cause we all know it’s hard to come by anymore thank you every one at this location for your service it is appreciated so much

Run don’t walk to west 105th street Cleveland and enjoy the best Dairy Queen on the planet. On My first visit I was really very suprised by how clean and friendly the staff presented themselves - there is something in the air that makes me think wow this is the way it’s supposed to be. This particular franchise offers up true old fashioned soft serve that equals the ice cream you remember from years ago. The texture is truly creamy and so delicious you just can’t get this in other local Dairy Queen’s. I’ve heard the owner does not let the ice cream get over mixed which results in smaller batches but oh so delicious. The drive through is perfectly landscaped with beautiful colorful annuals that shows the pride that is taken by the owner. I love ❤️ this place if your looking for ice cream defiantly skip Lakewood and try west 105th Dairy Queen and see the difference for yourself .

Every single time I come here I get amazing service. Dan and Jas took care of us at the drive through today. They were both very polite and informative about the receipt day coming up. I like this location a lot and I won’t go to any other one even though I live much closer to the Memphis and Parma locations. Keep up the good work we need and deserve good businesses with good service in the lower income areas of the city.

Need bigger space to go through drive through. Staff very efficient and quick with amount of drivers going through.

This location has nothing but future professionals working here. Always a delightful and nothing shorter than outstanding service. This youth can learn so much from these young adolescents. Keep up the spectacular work.

We came in about 25 mins before they closed. I know coming so late to close can be a hassle but the workers were still so friendly and accommodating. We will come back. Thanks for the great service!

The one on west 105th was fast. He was nice. The one on Mayfield gave me the wrong order. I was upset because I stayed in line for about 30 mins. I didnt check my order because I was upset because I was in line for a long time. Oh and the police sit there and watch every one buy ice cream

Went to DQ late about 15 mins to closing on a Friday night in hopes I could grab a last minute birthday cake and was happily surprised to find the entire staff extremely accommodating and friendly!! Got a custom cake and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I like this Dairy Queen ice cream is great the line is always long and theres a giant skeleton standing out next to the sign thats about 15 ft tall you got to come see that if nothing else but the Halloween thing but maybe dont leave it up

First time I ordered a New York cheesecake blizzard and there was only 1 strawberry on top and none in the middle as shown..but my turtle caramel blizzard was great as always.

I love coming to this location. The service is always really good and they have a lot of different specials. The parking can suck, especially when its busy but you can sit outside and enjoy your purchase which is nice as well. Ive never had an order wrong but from the customer service, even if I did, I believe it would be addressed promptly and professionally.

Not sure how long the new manager Eric has been working there since I havent been since last summer but I can definitely tell there has been major improvement. Customer service was excellent and genuine. I hope he stays, this is the first time Ive visited this location and have not had a bad experience.

Always extremely busy. I Ordered chilli cheese dogs and snack melts meals and the hot dogs were cold after 10 min wait outside. I didnt mind the wait due to covid but it was a bit cold to be late. Nice people good service other then that. If driving a car. Most of the time the driver thru is down the street.

If you want awful customer service, feel free to swing by! Its a shame because the manager seems like a nice guy. You know what they say, when the cat goes away, the mice come out to play.. Every team member has attitude and the blizzard was melted and concealed so that any way of opening the lid was an imminent spill. I would rate this Dairy Queen -5 Stars out of 5 if that were an option.

Did dairy queen change the turtle sunday or just this location? They pulled them out of the freezer no hot fudge cover in a chocolate hard candy shell. Charged us for whip cream and did not put it on sundays. I wanted a Sunday not a frozen treat out of the freezer. Safe to say I will not come back to this location!!!!!

Love my Orange Julius! Just wish DQ would more flavors such as a Peach or Strawberry Blizzard. Dont go in much for candy, cookie, or peanut butter types of ice cream flavors.

This shop has been here for over 40 years. They just did major remodelling after all that time and now have a drive thru and a nice patio out front. More registers inside. The place looks great.

Changing my 5 star rating to a 1 star rating because the last 4 times Ive gone here, you give mess up my order. Its read back to me correctly, the receipt has the correct order, but the order itself is always wrong. For the price you pay, the order should be correct. This isnt $15/hr. service you give. This is why minimum wage will never be that much. You get what you give...
