Needed to buy pump for my Westinghouse washing machine that stopped working. They charged me $120 for new pump, seemed expensive but thought I have to have it so I bought it. Went to car and looked up on amazon to find the same new pump for $20 free shipping from numerous sites..... brand new pump not a rebuild!!!! I went back in store and asked them if they price match and they said no, no returns and amazon sells used parts. I showed they the pump was brand new from amazon from GE and they kept arguing the parts on amazon are used. I have bought several things from this store and try to support the local stores but will never buy anything from them again!!!!! Very disappointed

Employees show no respect and dont value their customers. They wanted to charge roughly 130% for parts compared from the original manufacturer itself. I found the parts on Amazon for nearly half the price. If youre not a contractor, I highly recommend not wasting your time and money here.

Lost my furnace motor Christmas eve, eve. Ran the house on torpedo heaters til they opened. Walked in with motor and cap. Fella behind the counter hooked me up in minutes. Universal fit. Explained which leg not to use. Long story short, it worked like its supposed to. Cant recommend strongly enough.

This place was great. I had to repair a washer, and I went in to buy a new coupler. I replaced the coupler, but still broken. Being a novice, I didnt have much of an idea as to what I was doing, but I youtubed and thought it was the lid switch. I took that off and went in to Sundberg again. Tony remembered me from the day before, and asked if he could test the lid switch. He did, and it was working fine, which saved me $40 right there. He then asked what was going on, and gave me a few other ways to troubleshoot the washer. He said to check the pump because sometimes baby socks and other things get stuck in it. Sure enough, baby sock. I would recommend this place to anyone who might need appliance parts. Extremely helpful and fantastic customer service. 5 stars easily!

Im a novice and new homeowner. My washer suddenly was not spinning the clothes to damp-dry, but I could hear the motor turning.I went here at the suggestion of a knowledgeable friend. I brought in the exact model number and told Tony about my problem. He pulled a simple coupler from the shelf and gave me some quick instructions on where it needs to go.I fixed my washer for less than $20 thanks to this place. They seem extremely knowing of their products and were exactly what I needed. Ill be back when my other appliances break.

They had everything I needed on site when nobody else did to replace a drum bearing and felt strip on my G.E. dryer. Tony Donato the manager was extremely helpful. He even knew how to install the part I was replacing and gave me useful tips and tricks. Sundberg is the only place Ill go to from now on for replacement appliance parts

I dont like being taken advantage of. I understand you pay more at a brick & mortar but I paid as much as 200% mark up difference for certain items parts. You give the technicians a great discount because of the repeat business. I get that also but why jam the do-it-yourselfer homeowner? Id rather you be a wholesale company and not sell to the public. Not to mention the website sucks. Is it too much to ask for the hours of operation without going through what feels like the beginning of Get Smart. Im done now!

Problem, Maytag Gas Range bake mode not working. Their technician asked for the model # and was looking at a print and a parts list. After asking me questions over the phone Tony D told me the electronic control unit was the problem. My wife picked up the $240.00 part and I installed it. The Maytag range is still broke. After a closer look I noticed a second ignitor and burner. Now they wont take the part back. Now I cant afford to buy the right part and oven is still broke. He never mentioned i couldnt return the part. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

My dryer completely stopped working. By the time a repair person comes out, the cost would be that of a new dryer. My husband figured we would just buy one. Well, I begged to differ. I have seen too many shows on how to fix things yourself. After taking the dryer completely apart and watching several YouTube videos, on how to fix a dryer, we figured it was a thermal fuse (amateurs). Went to Home Depot in Joliet, we were told to call Sundberg, they will have what we needed or order it right away. I called, spoke with Jake@Sundberg. From the time I called to my arrival, Jake & Tony were the best!! They told me exactly what the issue was. It wasnt the thermal fuse. I was told it was the timer. I bought the knob for the timer $9.70. They saved us repair or the cost of a new dryer ($$). Because we took the dryer apart I noticed A LOT of lint. I was not aware how much had accumulated over the years. I thought just cleaning the screen and vacuuming it out ever so often was effective. NOPE.. After speaking with Tony@Sundberg, that much lint causes dryer fires and cleaning it will allow your dryer to last much longer. I will be thoroughly cleaning my dryer going forward. Thanks Tony & Jake! Your knowledge and expertise is on point!
