Im not sure there is enough room to write a review about my experience here! The experience has been a nightmare! We bought a NEW 2021 trailer due to my parents house getting damaged in March do to weather, at 1st it was a great experience. The bad experience started as soon as the Pad got started and has gotten horrible!!! We now have a trailer with MOLD in it and so we cant move in. The bad part is they want us to let them clean it and keep it. I personally feel like the home now is not worth the $$$ that we will be paying due to the neglect of them not doing their job or even caring. It has been on the property for almost 3 weeks now. I have reached out about the issues and only 2 guys have came out. The 1st guy was the general manager because he didnt believe me when I called him. There is tons of other damages other then the mold but I would have to type a book to explain them all. But the main issue is the mold as well as now I cant get the needed permits to even move home! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!

They did a fantastic job! Everyone in the building was super friendly and nice. Every time we contacted them and needed assistance or needed to ask something, they were always there. Keith and Wendy were the best! They handled everything that we needed. We had already lost one home that we were going to get, and when we decided to go the mobile home route we didn’t know where to begin. Timberline was the last option we had but it should have been the first option we went with. We just closed and the process went so smooth. Highly recommend Wendy!

Y’all go down yonder and get you one of those mobile mansions on wheels we did and are very happy with it, now we did have a few issues nothing that was timberlines fault just manufacturer issues but the Cajun Queen Wendy was so awesome and got the issues resolved in a very timely manner but the overall experience was a+ From start to finish and they work with you very well just awesome people to do business with

Do not use this place. They will tell you what you want to hear and not do it. They take your money and make you wait on there terms to finish your home. Still waiting on inside of house to be taken care of and under pinning. Under pinning has been at there business for 2 weeks. They brought some home made steps out and just throw them in the yard. Very disrespectful manager that runs the one in Jasper. They will lie and lie some more! Please don’t waste your time take your money somewhere else. Keith knows nothing but says he knows it all. They also put in wrong size ac unit and will not make it right! Sorry place of business!

These people may have nice homes. BUT THEY ARE NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. We have placard and they have a spot. They just would not let us drive through the gate to look at homes. My wife just isnt able to do all that walking. So we will buy our home elsewhere. YOUR LOSS NOT MINE

Just ask for the Cajun (Wendy Lambert) she is amazing! She helped us get in our home within less than TWO weeks!! She is the best of the best! Great company that has stood behind their word since day 1!

Liked the way I could veiw that models & didnt have any salesman breathing down my back. Prices were clearly posted alongside options of prices based on credit score

A total nightmare. If you want a smooth transaction. DO NOT GO HERE... they were friendly yes, but do what they say no. Ive had my home on my property 1 month, yes one month and still waiting on them to do what they promised they would do.
