Dishonest, had Merchandise stolen off 4 wheeler, when questioned about it. They became angry and told us they would not replace stolen items. Once home discovered warranty work was not preform correctly and evidence that the brand new set of tire install just before it was taken to them were now worn considerably and hour meter showed hours extra. Wouldn’t provide paperwork as well. You’d better off finding a reparable honest dealer.

After several several other dealers failed to listen and grasp how I wanted to configure a custom solution I arrived at Ogden of Huntsville. Twice they have have exceeded my demanding requirements. Outstanding Service resolution led to purchase and now my endorsement.

I would not trust their trucks. Bought a truck six weeks ago and only drove it a day and it is already A transmission shop I would not trust their service shop for vehicles They told me the transmission was fine and when I took it to the transmission shop transmission guy told me the transmission came from a junkyard and Has to be replaced so I figure their service shop lied to me about problems with the truck also the truck has extensive wiring problems and they told me they checked all the sensors.

Bought a brand new can am 850 and it died on me, took it back since it has warranty and it’s been almost 1month and still not ready but I guess since it’s a warranty job they just put it to the side, I should’ve read the reviews first. BUYER BEWARE WHEN IT CONES TO WARRANTIES!!!!Update: can am is almost ready, they finally got it running again!

I just picked up a 2020 Outlander 1000 XMR, they gave me exactly what I wanted and beat the other 4 dealerships I had gone to. It was fast and easy, and not once did I feel pressured or stressed. I worked with both Chris and Justin and I’ll definitely come back for my next one.

These guys are great. Very honest, helpful and friendly. Beware of the sleeping Labrador by the front door. He is gentle and kind. Just don’t open the door too fast. I don’t want that poor old boy to catch a door in his backside.

In 2016, I spent almost $18,000 on a Can Am outlander and Alweld boat at Huntsville Atv and Marine. Shortly after the atv went south struggling to start, idle, and maintain power while driving. Although these are major issues, I chose to “let it slide” because I trusted in the brand Can Am. This conutinued.Now two years later the problems have resurfaced worse than before. The atv retains half the power and speed or less than before. So being inquisitive, I began taking a look at the atv and soon noticed a loose wire where the spark plug wire should be. Is this my problem?...maybe. I don’t know beside I am not a mechanic. Hence, I sought help from the business I purchased it from. Apparently the delightful salesmen/ workers who were so eager to make a sale with me, are two faced. Let me explain:I spoke with the business owner Marsh explaning my problem and instead of personally helping me, pawned me off to a technician that never called me. Marsh later told me “ to forget it” and hung up on me.Long story short, I feel ripped off and betrayed by Huntsville Atv and Marine and would strongly encourage other victims of crafty salesmanship to take their business elsewhere.RegardsVan Slyke
