Love this place. We know our water is coming from a safe place. And both Ms Joys that work here make me feel like family, theyre very nice, cool, and funny. Im very pleased with my familys health, and I know this place is a big part of it. I even bought the natural shower head they sell, and I love it, health benefits and all. I recommend whoever I can here. Good tasting alkaline water, and great service.

The first time I came here I was educated on Alkaline water and given a free gallon of water. The customer service was good and personable. I only buy my water from here now!

24 hour water machines outside and change machine

I have been shopping at this location for a while. I buy 10 gallons per week and really enjoy the water. Customer service is not one of their qualities all they do is try and sell you everything under the sun!! Her helper does nothing but sit behind the desk and collect money. Not friendly at all!!

Always a GREAT experience!!!! The owner as well as others who work in the shop provide a warm and welcoming environment. I enjoy the alkaline water and the education of materials provided... Until next time.

I’ve been to several Water Tree locations- this is the ONLY one that will try to rip you off. I wanted to cancel the transaction and this woman wouldn’t give me my money back- what?? This is the second time I’ve had this issue- tried to give them a second chance...there will not be a third

This place would not let me pay $5 on a bank card- they told me you have to buy $10 or more. I’ve been to several WaterTree stores, and NOBODY has this type of greed. Do they know that people have 5 gallon containers? Seriously? I went out of my way to support this location. Couple that with slow customer service, I will NEVER go there again. I will go back to the location on Mason.
