These guys were great! I’ve got an ‘02 Z3 and expected to have to wait a few weeks before getting my busted windshield fixed, but they had the one I needed in their warehouse and were able to come to my house the next day!! And the install was quick and professionally done - right in my garage. Definitely 5-star service.

My husband has an older truck that was taken in to have the windshield replaced this past week. It’s a lifted truck and not many shops do replacements on trucks with lifts (to my knowledge atleast). They had the glass in stock and gave a nice estimate. Worked great with our schedule and had it done within 2hours. Were definitely glad that despite having to change the windshield it was handled at a good price with great customer service. Thank you guys once again!!!

They rip you off and don’t know how to install their windshields properly. The glass they installed was blurry and couldn’t pass safety. I had to replace it at another shop in Hilo and they wouldn’t refund me or call me back. They just took my money and were jerks!

Incredibly quick about finding replacement glass for my 12-year-old Toyota, very fair pricing, great work, and friendly from start to finish. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, I will definitely go back to Jon and Aloha Auto Glass.

I wish I needed auto glass repair more often so I could give this shop more work. Great, friendly service. They had the old stock windshield I needed for my Jeep. I pulled in and the shop went right to work. Got a call after about an hour and a half. They were finished! Totally recommend for windshield repair.

I had a terrible experience with aloha auto glass. The owner (I think?) Jon was extremely rude to me and they tried to charge me for a full windshield replacement when I had a small chip the size of a popcorn kernel. I highly recommend anywhere but here.
