My partner and I bought a car from Shawn last month. He was wonderful. My partner knew what they wanted and Shawn looked for the perfect car for TWO months and the second it rolled on the lot he gave us a call. Talk about long term costumer service. With in two days it was ours, picked it up a week after it came in (due to needing certified, nothing of no ones fault). I have nothing bad to say at all. Highly recommend Shawn he’s a great guy. As well a great financial department that helped pull all the strings!

My wife and I drove up to Champion Mazda from a few hours away to purchase a car because they had a great deal and were really easy to work with over the phone and email. We worked with Derrell Griffin.Beyond that, they were also one of the most welcoming and friendly car dealerships I have ever been to. Ive purchased or been with someone purchasing over 40 vehicles and this experience was completely different. We took the time to ensure we had sent in all the information ahead of time and they were prepared for our arrival, had all the paperwork ready, and got everything done for us in the fastest possible time. We were in and out in a really short time including turning in our old lease and getting a new vehicle. The majority of the time was spent with Derrell as he fully explained the vehicle and provided us a complete overview of our new vehicle and all of the information about it along with getting everything set up and ready for us to drive home with it.I wish this dealership was closer to my home because I could not recommend them enough to anyone, so hopefully if youre reading this it helps you make the choice to shop here because they were truly a lot difference than any other place I dealt with.

I have purchased numerous cars over the years from Champion and have never been let down with the quality of service I receive in both sales and service. Ive shopped around and been to almost every other dealership in the Hanover area and Champion stands out FAR above the rest. I never felt like the sales staff was pressuring me or giving me made up numbers and their prices have always been what I expected (or better) when looking around online.

We purchased a vehicle from Champion Mazda about a month ago. They sent us home with the vehicle but told us we had to make the trip back down to sign papers since they didn’t have the title for us that night. We live over two hours away, but we trusted them and followed their direction. While driving home, the vehicle was misfiring pretty badly. We mentioned it the next morning when we went to finish up paperwork. We weren’t sure if we even wanted to purchase the vehicle, but they assured us that the problem was in the transmission and they’d get it taken care of and give a 1 year warranty on the transmission. We were sent home with the vehicle and told to bring it back at a later, unknown, date to have it fixed. We got the call a few days later and drove back down for the vehicle to be fixed. They gave us a used Mazda to drive as a loaner that was the most disgusting car I’ve ever been in. There was grass, dog hair, a faint scent of cigarettes, and sticky residue all over the vehicle. It honestly looked like it could have been traded in just minutes before by someone who never cleaned their car. Almost two weeks went by and we had no word on our vehicle...and still had to drive around a gross car that our friends laughed at us for accepting. It got to the point where we called to check on the progress. We were told that the mechanic didn’t understand why we were worried about it since we had a loaner to drive. The following day we were called and told our vehicle was ready. I drove down to pick it up only to be told there was no paperwork ready and that it would be mailed. I found it odd, but was so shocked that I just was glad to be done with the dealership for good. I was a little more shocked that the service manager and the salesman that was helping me argued with each other about the terrible communication between the two. A few days has gone by and no paperwork has showed up in the mail. I called today to see about it, and miraculously the only person who has access to the information is “sick” and will “hopefully be back tomorrow since his doctor said not to return to work yet.” When I was trying to ask the guy on the phone if he could access the paperwork, he hung up on me. I called back explaining that I wasn’t sure if he did it on purpose or not and asked the question again. He just responded, “Nope, he’s the only one who can access the paperwork.” I said how I found that odd and he stayed quite until I finally just gave up and hung up. It is unfortunate that anyone receiving work on their vehicle will have no idea what was done until this one man recovers from his illness. I would STRONGLY recommend trying a different dealership. There has been SO MANY red flags that I’m considering getting a lawyer. Our vehicle is still misfiring and we are being dodged every time we are trying to find out what was even done.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Recently my husband and I came in to test drive a vehicle we saw online it looked good on the outside but we had our mechanic take a quick peak at it. Oh my, almost $2,000 in repairs would be needed it never should have passed inspection. Yet it had a brand new inspection sticker on it. Said if they did repairs we most likely would purchase it. Was told to expect a call from them to discuss it. They never called us..... So very sad they are selling vehicles in this condition . I just saw it sold, boy do I feel sorry for whoever bought it,they going to need a good mechanic. Side note when you have customers inside your building your associates should not have their feet on their desks.

I would highly recommend either purchasing your next vehicle at Champion Mazda of Hanover Pennsylvania and having your current vehicle or vehicles serviced there.They stand behind their vehicles and repairs and wont recommend any repairs you dont need.Ive had my vehicle serviced at Champion Mazda of Hanover Pennsylvania for the past five years and it has always left better than when it entered.

After spending a Saturday shopping around at car dealerships that made us feel uncomfortable and mis-trusting, it was refreshing to find Champion Mazda. Our salesman, Scott, was absolutely terrific.... very friendly, knowledgeable, and not even the slightest bit pushy. We were lucky to also work directly with the owner of the dealership on our deal. We left there knowing we got a terrific deal and also will be taken care of if we need to return for some reason. It was a very good experience and we would absolutely tell family and friends to start their car shopping at Champion Mazda!

Ive owned about 10 cars in my life and had mostly good experiences. Dealing with Champion was my first exceptional experience, by far. The deal I was given to me on a new Mazda was incredible and not matched at any other dealership where I searched for vehicles. The staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the purchase was smooth and very quick. Id recommend Champion to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

The general manager, Larry, was the greatest and I even came home with a brand new car - gas tank filled, washed and waxed. Couldnt ask for a better experience when purchasing a new car.Also, Shelia, who handled all the paperwork, knew exactly what she was doing.I came home a happy car owner.Today, June 12, when I got in my car, my A/C wasnt working. I called and talked to service manager and said bring it in - which is what I did.They took it in immediately and I left within 30 minutes with my A/C working. Im so glad I bought my car there.

Champion Mazda sold me the first car that Ive owned in ten years! Having just moved to PA from New York City, getting a car was on the top of my to do list and I checked out just about every dealership in Hanover (and beyond!). At Champion Mazda, I had the privilege of working with Sarah Seitler. She was well-informed, insightful, easy to talk to, patient, and not at all pushy like some sales people can be. When it came time to negotiate, I felt that Sarah treated me very fairly. Working with Champion Mazda to make this very important decision was a fantastic experience. Larry was the gentleman I spoke with about the car I was interested in. He was nice, respectful, and upfront about everything. However, sheila the finance officer or whatever title they give, flat out lied to my face and when I called her out on it got snotty with me. Stated that she was gonna do two hard credit pulls but dont worry that wont effect my credit at all . Long story short, she came out and said you know what, Im only gonna send your info to one place because of your situation (my credit isnt the best) but wouldnt you know it, mrs hard pulls dont effect your credit sent it to 3 places as of 12hrs later, and it did in fact drop my score.

Very disappointed at my last visit. Although there was a sign stating masks were required inside, it was not enforced. There were 3 customers without masks, a salesperson didnt have one and 3 other employees were wearing masks but had their noses hanging out. Unfortunately, I had to wait for my car or I would have left. I guess they think the PA mandate doesnt apply to them? Unacceptable.

I have purchased several vehicles from Champion over the years and never once had a bad experience. What the salesman said I would pay, I paid. What the finance person said I would pay, I paid. Everyone was courteous to a fault and I get the same treatment every time I bring our vehicle in for service. I highly recommend considering Champion the next time youre in the market for a new or used vehicle.Im writing this review simply to counter-balance the whiney sub-collegiate level tantrum/rant thing that some half-baked tofu burger of a dude posted. This was the WORST experience Ive ever had in purchasing a car. I got a car there and 3 days later the transmission blew! I called them and they said they didnt care. Do not buy a car from the awful place they do not care about you or your wellbeing or if you get stranded from their sale. All they care about is money!

Derrell was professional and made buying a new mazda 6 very easy. I am very pleased with the overall service at Champion Mazda.Update: I recently traded in my mazda 6 for the mazda 3 hatchback. I love this car. It is sporty and fits my personality better. I also had the exterior paint ceramic coated to protect it for years from the elements.

The dealer was pushy, knew how to get you to buy without asking questions, usually a red flag for a typical liar of a salesman, only saying what the buyer wants to hear and lied to us about financing. Originally we were told that our APR % would be XX but it was higher. Later we found out at signing that they did that so the dealership would get a $300 rebate from the bank, Ally.

Great Experience with Honest, Knowledgeable PeopleAfter my local Mazda dealership lied to me and wasted my time the night before with the classic bait and switch that gives many car dealerships a bad reputation, I was very hesitant to drive 1.5 hours to Champion Mazda. I emailed Sarah Seitler with every question I could think of, all of which she answered promptly. Sarah made me feel more comfortable about making the long journey to Hanover, PA. When I arrived, she greeted me, the car was being prepped for me, and everything was exactly as she said it would be; ask for an ?on the road? quote to know exactly what you will pay, no surprises or hidden fees when you get there. Between Sarah and Brad Wiseman, all of my questions regarding my new Mazda3 were answered; it amazes me how little many other car sales people know about their product. If you are in the market for a new Mazda, Champion Mazda is the way to go, and was well worth my 1.5 hour drive. Their team is very polite and honest and makes the car buying process enjoyable.

Pushy salesman took advantage of me, a young woman in need of a car. The lady in finance talked about her personal life the whole time I signed papers as so I would sign and skip over adding unwanted GAP insurance coverage. I have canceled my coverage but still waiting 9 months later for my money back. I call them every month and they give me the run-around about how it takes 3 months, bla, bla, bla. to process. Of course they are always waiting 3 months for a bit of something or paperwork. Take your hard earned money to a better dealership.

The guys they put behind the service counter here are a complete joke. Expect rude customer service, long wait times, and two office guys acting like they know about working on cars. Reality is, I doubt they can even change their own oil.Replace them with mechanics! Then issues wouldnt have to be explained multiple times till you get a bs excuse from a pencil pusher.Oh, and by the end of your visit youll find yourself thinking... wow, this guy actually gets paid to walk back and forth getting coffee all day.Just watch
