The people there are really friendly and answer all my questions that I have. They are able to find the right frames for our family. They are always there when we need help. They are very polite. They always smile when u walk in there door right away. I would tell anyone to go there for there services. I met with Lexie for a facial. Ive never had one and was having issues I wasnt sure how to treat. She gave me lots of tips and options all the while hydrating my skin. It feels great and I will be a regular customer.Having access to an esthetician here in town is a great addition.

Everyone at the place is very helpful and friendly. Was able to book an appointment to get my eyes checked and bought a pair of frames with no problems. Had a few problems with the frames I bought and went back, but they were able to change it up for me free of charge (although it may differ per situation). Overall, a great place to check your eyes out.

I had my yearly eye exam today at Jensen Optometrist. It’s always a pleasant experience with the friendly staff and Doctors. I feel they do a very thorough examination and that they really care about my eye health. They submit the paperwork to my insurance after each appointment. I would highly recommend going to Jensen’s for a great eye exam and a great selection of frames to choose from. They have a new service at Jensen’s called Eyecare Spa where you can receive custom facials & waxing and tinting services with Lexie Smith. I’m anxious to try out those new services!!

I literally walked in begging for an exam and glasses, and was simply told of course no problem with a smile on every face!!!! My experience is always pleasant. The time is well managed, and efficient from the time you enter to when you leave. The staff is always professional and courteous. The examination is thorough and complete with questions answered, and the results are clearly explained.Should contacts be the eye ware of choice, they will work with you to find the right characteristics and brand that works best for you.The adjacent “glasses area” is kept separate from the exam, and is also professionally managed with concern for the client’s wants and wishes. There is a wide selection of price ranges and styles accordingly.I have been a client for more than five years, and will continue to return for my eye care.

She is the only Dr. I have been to that I really trust to take care of my eyes. The optician, Lexie, really helped me get what I really wanted. Our experience today was fantastic! Our check-in process was smooth and quick. They pulled us back almost immediately, so that we didnt have to wait in the waiting room. My 8 year old was the one being seen, and the staff were all very friendly and able to put him at ease. The appointment was thorough and efficient.

We love Dr. Whitney. Very professional and friendly. She is always kind to my kids. Her assistants are great also. They talk through each step so you know exactly what to do. The office is super fresh and very clean. I give 4 stars, because the only low point is high priced frames.

Pretty sure some of these reviews on here are fake. I went here today for the first time. It is immaculate! Very clean and I am picky. I am also from the South so am very familiar with cockroach infestations. I did not see one sign of any insect in this office. Everyone was very professional. All smiles. They have a little coffee bar area which is cute. A huge selection of frames. Good prices too. Plenty of frames under 100 dollars. I would definitely recommend and will be going back in the future.

I went to my yearly eye appointment today.I walked in and felt very safe!!I didnt have to wait very long for my appointment. She takes your temperature. They give you yearly tests to make sure your eyes havent changed. Then check your blood pressure and meds. Dr. Clark came in and explains the results of tests. Dr.Clark knows there is macular degeneration in my family.
