This company is, hands down, the best storage facility in the NW Michigan area. I have been renting through Rich & his crew for the past year and a half and over this duration they have gone above and beyond to provide top quality customer service!! The amenities offered are just as top notch as their staff. From having a FREE trailer for move in/move out provided, to offering clean, secure, and spacious units, to a very affordable monthly rent, I didn’t have to think twice about storing my furniture here. By far the best storage place around. Pricing is unbeatable. Owner, a private owner by the way, not some corporation wont raise rates. He is often onsite outside of normal business hours.This place is bright, secure & 24/7 access. Clean & doesnt have rodent issues like other places, and they dont even have bait stations out.Other places Ive had units Id get dirt and even pollen on my stuff near the door. Not at creekside.Only thing other units may have on creekside is that creekside doesnt provide a dumpster. As well as no units with lighting, but the lighting in the rows is substantial enough.

The builder has quite an extensive background to draw upon. Ive seen several of his projects, each one outdoing the other. In a word, quality, with a professional approach to all he does. You need to see this place to appreciate it and all that went into it. Not your average storage facility or even community to live. Much more than that....Top shelf outfit all the way.......

I’m renting an indoor space here. It’s a great new facility! There’s a gated entrance with a keypad to get in. The owners are super nice and very responsive to questions! I’m very happy with my choice of a storage facility!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR A STORAGE FACILITY IN AND AROUND GR!! This facility is clean, seure, accessible and in a great location. The large unit was able to store all of my apartment furniture. However, what seperates this place from the rest is the custmor service. The owner is super nice and very promt on answering all questions. I have been moving for six years and the process has never been easier for myself. I can not recomend this place more!! A very great company and storage unit!!
