The top sales team was on there best! Able to answer ALL of our questions. These homes are just fabulous! Not even the stick built homes can compare. This will be our forever home 🏡 💕.

I would not recommend anyone doing business with High Quality Housing. Joyti the manager is very unprofessional we had to call him several times a day and for weeks to get him even answer our calls on issue/repairs that needed done on our home. Then took his contractors several months and visits to fix the issues at a very poor quality. Over a year later we still have major issues with our home and now we are making the repairs ourselves.

Hi, my name is Julian Torres, owner of Arizona Builders, and I’m writing this review to let people know that Quality Homes is an unprofessional place to do business with. I’ve been setting houses for the last 8 years and I’ve never seen such an unorganized place like Quality Homes. I recently did business with them, I helped their company out on my own will because they requested my service, prior to that, they were almost getting sued by several customers. Reason being that this company was not getting people’s dream homes set and was failing to compromise on contracts that were being made with the customers. After all my services, this company is refusing to pay me for setups that I made for customers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend any customer to get their house from Quality Homes or to do any kind of business with this company. I also need to mention that every customer that I set a house for was very upset with the lying sales rep. He would constantly lie about when the house was going to be started and who was working there. Customers were also not getting the finishing details that they were paying for. Within the two months of me working for this company, customers were finally feeling happy with the work I had done on their homes. Customers have already heard about this problem and called to say that they will never do business with Quality Homes again because of the unprofessional way they handle customers and businesses they have working for them.

Manager Jyoti K. ordered an external door for me from a manufacturer in Omaha. When the door arrived, it was not the type door I had requested. When I wanted to return it, he refused saying we wont make any money if I return it. When I insisted, he said he would have to talk to the owner. After several weeks of excuses, being kept on hold and another employee there informing me that Mr. K was ignoring my calls, I tried calling the manufacturer who told me the return/ refund had to be from High Quality Housing. I am stuck with a door I cant use and had to spend more money getting the correct one. I have never been treated so unprofessionally.

Awesome place, Bought a cabin from them 6 years ago and am now looking at buying a new modular home as well
