Very helpful staff great place to get hydraulic fittings

Poorly customer service.if you dont spend big money they act like they dont want to help you.

The customer service at the front counter this week was first class! I know nothing about hydraulic cylinders and your team, first of all, took the time, got me what I needed and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt. I highly recommend this professional team. In the future, when I have a need Ill be back for sure. I also wanted to share this top notch customer service experience with my friends, family, anyone that will listen, as this type of a customer experience doesnt happen to me everyday. Thanks again front counter guys, you know who you are (I asked for their names and they were too humble to let just one take the credit). So again, a huge shoutout to the front counter guys!!! I recently purchased a hydraulic tank from Trousch Dynamics...definitely overpriced. Sold it to me for $800+ when it was available online for $250 less. But they had it in stock. I drove over 300 miles to get it. I wasnt impressed by the service I received. I passed on the valve that would have worked for this reason alone. Buy somewhere else.

Its almost insane how much inventory and selection these guys have in stock. I wasnt surprised to find out they have customers all over the country. They stick with fluid power too. A lot of other companies try to do too much. You can tell theyre well managed and focused. Thanks for the great customer service. Keep it up!
