Supervisor Ashley approached us on sales floor and went to the back to check on item. She was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate seeing great customer service since it is a rarity.

Place was well organized and the staff was friendly. You are buying cheap, disposable, Chinese made garbage. You use it till it breaks and then you go buy another one, because the good stuff is expensive.

Your typical Harbor Freight store, has almost anything you need when it comes to tools. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find whatever it is you are looking for even if you don’t know what it’s called!! Prices are better than most places so if you like tools you should check this place out!!

The store in Omaha doesn’t answer their phones at all. I’ve called 20 times and no answer.I purchased a 4x8 trailer from HF and they provided me with a title but did not sign it over to me. Therefore I cannot register it at the DMV and it’s been a nightmare.

Wonderful store full of variety, offering tools for both backyard mechanic and professional with great prices. A warning though, significant others may want to accompany the shopper to keep purchases low. Its a mans candy store lol

The staff was very friendly. They helped us find stuff in the store and even my phone when I set it down. Some of the tools are unique and can be used for hobbies.

Since most of the tools these days are made overseas why not buy the stuff at the cheapest place possible, get the membership for better discounts

Ive been shopping at harbor freight for quite a few years they do have a variety of just about every tool that you may need

Lots of useful tools in every isle.

No trailers in stocks and took employee 30 minutes to yell me that.

Wide variety of pretty much all tools and accessories. Like the pricing tags on hooks showing price comparison to other marketable/similar items. Clean store but dont see alot of help except checkout clerks and maybe 1-2 people running to back to pick up items not on shelf (larger compressors, drill presses, etc)

Love it here. Fun, helpful people, great prices. Have never had a problem. Bought a generator, air compressor, floor jack, many hand tools, impact wrench, right angle grinder, have had zero issues. Get their coupon package for the best deals, and plan ahead and you wont be disappointed.

Worst experience ever! I went in specifically for an item in their flyer. I asked the clerk at the register before I went looking what aisle it was in. She had no idea what the item was that I was looking for. I asked the lady at the register for one of their flyers which she gave me. I opened up the catalog and showed her the item I was looking for. She did not have a clue as to what it was or what it did. I asked her to call her manager. I waited. There are people lining up behind me. I let them go ahead of me. She still doesnt call her manager after 3 people went ahead of me. I go to the aisle where the triangular sand paper and the tool I need is, and theres none there. Went up and down the whole aisle of power tools, found some wood dowel plugs I needed for shelves (2 rows of them). The price was $15.99 for a small bag, which I knew they were in the wrong place and wrong price. I grabbed a bag. She finally got a manager to come help me. They part I needed was empty on an end cap and they had none on their shelves. The manager explained that not everything thats in the flyer they carry in the store. if the clerk wouldve just called the manager the first time instead of wasting 20 minutes of my time I couldve been in and out of there.

Cheap crappy tools. If you have money to throw away go ahead and buy their tools. You get what you pay for. I knew better but the last time I bought something there was over 10 years ago. I thought after all that time you would think that they would want to improve. Not. Brought a pressure washer no way did it have the PSI that it say it did. Burn it up in 2 hours. When to return it they wanted to charge me a 10% fee. Never again.

Husband called ahead and they set aside the tool with his name on it and held it till I got there the next day as promised and loaded it for me without hesitation or complaint, like other stores have done, shipping n receiving could use some pointers on how to not destroy the boxes and possibly damage the product. They do offer a discount on items that are scratched from the shipping n receiving department if you can live with a scratch or minor damage that doesnt affect the use of the tool then its worth the buy with a discount for cosmetic damages.

Excellent store for the diyer or the company to find the tool needed to finish whatever task(within reason) that you need to complete without waiting.

Harbor freight us great to pick up that special tool you will only use occasionally. If you will be using it everyday, it may not work the day you need it. I buy lots if tools here but I only use them for my side jobs and hobbies. GREAT prices for good tools.

Very nice clean and very friendly people. Had an issue with a sway bar called harbor freight 10 minutes before closing said I was 20 minutes out but needed the sway bar so I could continue on. Thats right Mr Nathan said no problem well wait for you. And he did. We rolled in at about 8:20 and he met us at the door. Not many people do that anymore.

The tools arent always high end, but theyre a good value. Some tools are much better quality than others. Nearly all the merchandise is made in China. For the diy or home shop, you can equip it quite reasonably.

The store is very clean, they had what I was looking for. Checking out last time took longer than usual, checker asked me to hold on a min and went to talk to another employee, took so long the other check out line emptied and everyone in our line went to the other checkout. We all left and the first checker still wasnt back.

The tools are cheap, but they last as long as cheap tools. This is a great place to buy a gamer and screwdriver. A terrible place to buy a nail gun you will use every day for work.

Harbor freight is one of my favorite stores. You can spend a couple of hours lookin at all they have, just about everything a grown man needs.

This is one if my freaking favorite stores! Admittedly some things are cheaply made. In saying that I also have to say that Harbor Freight has responded to this problem by incorporating new product lines a different brand names its kinda like having the generic and then different kinds of brand names. I have not had a chance to try all of the brand names but so far I havent had very much trouble
