Stopped in to purchase a gaming console for my sons 15th birthday with my husband. We read the sign on the door that stated only 5 guests where allowed in store at a time. We opened the door and the clerk stopped us very abruptly and said only one of us could come inside because they are limiting store to 5 . I said ok we will both wait. And stepped outside, in the rain.... after a couple minutes a couple left the store and we walked inside. The clerk asked us what where looking for, i told him a gaming console. He told me they only had the sega mini. Not what where where looking for but i figured we would look at games and decide what console to get and just see if we can order it from him. I looked around and only saw 1 person inside the store. I asked the clerk where the other shoppers where. He told me they just left. I said i thought the sign said 5 guests. He said yes only 5 people. I told him your not really a guest, why did we have to wait out in the rain if there was only 3 people in the store? He said he doesnt want to get sick, i said really? He told me you dont have to shop here i said your right i DONT have to shop here, he said bye in a very rude manner. I laughed and he repeated byeeeee... so we left. 🤷‍♀️ i am absolutely amazed at the disrespect my husband and i got from that clerk. For absolutely no reason we where kicked out of that store TWICE. Once because of store capacity limits even through there was only 3 customers in the store when we tried to come in the 1st time, and again when i asked why we had to wait in the rain when we would have made the 5th guest... we will NEVER spend another dime in your store.

Very helpful and good selection of game and merch.

Love being able to trade in games, but do not expect to get a lot of money when you trade-in. The store is well organized. Most of the employees are very helpful. One ordered the wrong game for me and I would not get the correct game for a week, so just went to Walmart to buy the game. GameStop does offer a lot of sales.

Its gamestop it is what it is. Uber pushy salespeople pushing every upsell in the book. High prices and ridiculous trade in values. Pay attention when they are reading your totals they will add things like warranties. If youre not paying attention you could get charged. But having said that its gamestop policy that makes the store awful. The actual employees are pretty good guys.

I think this place exists mostly for the console gamers that want physical media and for physical games to give as gifts. Im sometimes surprised the store is still in business though its handy to have here on occasion. Prices are high and there are so many alternatives that are cheaper especially for PC games.

I dont know exactly what happened to GameStop as a company but having the sales reps try so hard for a sale kills the relationship they had with customers instead of having a deep conversation about a game thats coming out or has came out all they do is try to sell you on something, anything. Dont get me wrong you can find sales reps that are still down to earth but not here

My husband likes this place way more than I do but I like it because I dont need to be dragged around to multiple stores for him to find the one game he wants.

For the gamer this store is it... My boys love this store... I tolerate this store.... Its like taking boys to buy hair bows hahaha... Everything from older ds games to new ps4 and xbox games. They also have a great selection of tshirts backpacks unusual collectables and Pops.Great place for a gift or gift card for a gamer/kid

Service is great, clean, and welcoming. Love going here, but their prices are higher than Walmart or Game On.

GameStop is the best place to get game because 99% of the time they have the game I want and when you call them they can answer your question. Like I did not know how to connect my Wii controller to my Wii but when I called them they gave me the answer and I was able to connect them.

The girl that attend me she was so ineffective!!!I suppose to get a 3 months of game pass and she give me 3 months of gold also the first time give me a ps4 content when u have xbox!!! Please??? I know we should look what you are buying things in digital but I trusted because she show me the photo of the product. I look at the screen and i see what i suppose to get but the things are completely different on the ticket.So disappointed! I live 2 hours from there and I just go back every 2 weeks!

Sold a fake PSN card with no serial number or redeemable code on the card. I’ve confirmed through both PlayStation that it’s a fake, and through the GameStop that they’ve only ever sold scratch off cards, whereas my card has no spot for a scratch off code whatsoever. PlayStation Representative also confirmed the card is missing a serial number.
