This is a store we always shop at but their inventory is really low not to much of a selection any more. Still a nice store though

I went to every place in the mall to find black pants and cried in every fitting room because everything was too big and out of all places hot topic had black pants and phenomenal customer service they really made my day/mood so much better!!

Don’t order online for in store pick up unless you don’t mind waiting forever. When you order, it says 3-8 days. That means 3-8 days after it actually ships! I needed stuff for a birthday present and they shipped it 6 days after I put the order in, then it said my order will arrive at the store on up to 8 days! Just plain stupid, especially since I could have and should have just ordered it Amazon Prime. The store is not bad at all, just the site to store delivery.

My boys and husband love this store... The Conestoga store is smaller compared to lincoln and Omaha but still can find things of interest... There hot topic bucks are great to save up and use on Pops and harry potter attire... Wish they would have more selection of sword art

Absolutely LOVE this place!! I mostly shop at this store for their wide selection of Funko Pops and their exclusives. The staff has always been very helpful and super friendly. Theyre knowledge about the stuff they sell there and easy to talk to.Huge plus: Hot Cash! Get $15 off your purchase of $30 or more sounds like a great deal to me. Only small downside is that you can only use these coupons on a certain time frame and not whenever you want.
