Some peoples kids I tell ya.. staff is great. Service is even better. I was in store today when this Leah gal was in there making a scene over a phone color. So heads up her post is bogus. I will continue to use Sprint cause there awesome!

Would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Went in to get help setting up a new phone that I ordered from Sprint since the store didnt have what I wanted. Was treated rudely by Jerilyn who stated she was the manager as well as her minion working with her. Will not go into this location again. I ended up setting the phone up myself on the website. Why are you even paying these people Sprint if the entire experience can be self service?

Jarilyn Is the best! Absolutely love her. I’ve went through many phone companies and couldn’t find better customer service than her, I will continue to use Sprint because of her :)

Saturday i was in and was helped by meagan she was amazing she had bought stuff for the store had it decorated was handing stuff out completely informed me of everything anwsered all my questions i have amazing service i even had service in red cloud nebraska today which is monday i took my phone in cause i was having some issues the store manager helped me and she was awesome to i drive from columbus just to go to this store cause i get awesome service

Jarilyn is absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I had a really complicated situation that the customer service call center would not work with us on at all but she helped us get everything figured out and back up and running! Definitely go in and see Jarilyn I highly recommend her!!

Jarilyn and Meagan were AMAZING to work with. We had a complicated situation and had some trouble dealing with the sprint customer service over the phone and both Jarilyn and Meagan went to bat for myself and my husband by taking the time to call Sprint customer service and took over my phone call when what I needed wasnt getting done/understood by the representative on the phone. They got the answers that I needed and went the extra mile. It was a process I was absolutely dreading when I went to the store and they made it as easy as it couldve been. It was hands down the BEST experience Ive had at any retail phone service store.

Do not chose Sprint. This store is a ridiculous mess of employees. Been there 4 times in 2 weeks for a simple charging cord. Always some problem..still dont have a cord.

Update 08-24-20: I was in today to get information on how I can cancel my agreement with Sprint/TMobile, and the girl working today (Jeralyn, I believe) was more than helpful with providing me the information I was looking for in regards to that. I am cancelling due to the switch over to TMobile and the data service no longer working unless connected to wifi. It has been that way for about 2 months now, and unfortunately no resolve to the issue insight. I have loved my time with Sprint (about 3 years or however long theyve been out here in Grand Island) and will happily come back, but not until the service is up and working again. I hope this issue can soon be resolved for any of the other customers that are using this service.Jose and Jen are both very helpful and knowledgeable about their services from sprint and the accessories they sell. Any time I’ve had to work with sprint for upgrades or help on a bill the staff has been happy to help and are patient with me.
