Nathan was so good and knowledgeable about all the features of the new cars. Encouraged my wife to do the test drive even though she was shy about getting behind the wheel. I have taken my daughters car in for service work and have always been treated so good that I said if I ever bought a new car, it would be here. I kept my word and we bought a new 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. Great choice not only in brand but in dealership.

Just purchased my first new car from them. Besides lowballing my trade at first went pretty smooth. I’d give 5 stars if they would’ve just honored their sale price online. Drove 1.5 hrs to find out they wouldn’t honor what was stated online.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called to see about warranty check up maintenance and to see about an oil change. To find out I could get an oil change my tires rotated and my car inspected all for one low price. I was even more pleasantly surprised when their shuttle service brought me back to pick up my vehicle my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed besides all the services that were promised. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

I dropped my 2007 Tahoe at Dinsdale Service Dealership for a recall air bag repair. The repair was done in a professional and timely manner. Within 3 hours I was contacted by the service department that my Tahoe was ready for pickup. Upon arrival I retrieved by paperwork from clerical staff and returned to vehicle service center where my vehicle was running an awaiting my arrival. That is what professionalism is all about.

Our hybrid Volt died enroute to vacation. The service coordinator kept us informed and worked diligently to get parts ASAP. The courtesy drivers were patient as we negotiated .moving luggage from car to hotel and back. Mechanic was proficient with hybrid Volt.

The service at Tom Dinsdale was efficient and well-done. The courtesy driver was ready to take me to my work and was prompt to pick me up after my vehicle was ready. An important matter as a businessman myself was the attentiveness of the service personnel. This is the second time I’ve scheduled an appointment for service and was asked what I came in for and if I had an appointment.

My experience at Tom Dinsdale Hyundai was excellent. The salesman Nate Frerichs was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove. We ended up buying a new car, and are very pleased with it. Everyone we dealt with were all very courteous and knowledgeable all in all it was a great experience.

Process was quick and painless, in and out in an hour. Only thing holding me back from 5 stars is they sent me home with a tire that had a screw in it. So we had to get a new tire. They are paying for the replacement, but I never should have been sent with it in the first place.

Walked in just seeking a vehicle that we saw on there website, called in spoke with Fabian very professional and friendly mad me relaxed and staff friendly at Tom dinsdeal certified pre-owned vehicle lot. took it for a test drive and so forth. Agreed to make a deal at the last 30mins. over all it was great I would name a couple of other employees not so great attitudes that helped us in the process. Wish we were treated better at the end.I would go back and deal with Fabian or the other guys that were in the certified pre-owned lot but not so much at the other building. Hopefully there attitudes change.

They gave us another dealers information and we went there (a bigger dealership) and had to go back to Dinsdales to get the right information. They know what they are doing. Honestly, I hate this place, the employees here kept trying to sell me a car I didnt want, I came in to get a test drive, and a gift card, and I got yelled at for wanting a gift card,I asked how much was the van they have in the used lot, and they kept trying to sell me an SUV, if I wanted a SUV I would have asked for a SUV, still mad that I never got the gift card,It seems they hire complete jerks here,I wouldnt buy a car from here till the employees change there attitude

Great experience buying the car during the pandemic, salesman was great. We live in Kearney and were deciding between the Sante Fe and the Edge. If you dont live in Grand island beware. They only service Hyundais Monday through Friday, 8-4. Nothing on the weekend and no cars available to loan out while your car is being serviced. We now REGRET buying from dinsdale as they dont provide good customer service after the sale. We are now considering selling our 1year old vehicle with 6000 miles. I cannot recommend them if you dont live in GI
