They did the oil change quickly as well as the recalls.When they washed the car, they didnt get all the dirt off.Even though the waiting room was full, they completed the work in good time.

I went in for my first oil change on my brand new Buick and got way more. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle, it looked way better then when I brought it in, also since it was my first oil change it was free and I wasnt aware Buick did that. Everyone was very nice, courteous and helpful.

We bought a vehicle on Saturday (1/9/21). Edgar was fantastic, he was inclusive to our entire family during the process and appeared to be genuinely interested in what we were wanting. Edgar was understanding with our two children being present during this experience and offered suckers and coloring pages to occupy them during the wait. We do not live in town so before arriving at home the check engine light turned on. We called them and ended up taking it in on Monday (1/11/21). They looked it over and ultimately replaced the part for us. We are happy with our experience and absolutely love our new vehicle!

I brought my suburban in for just a couple recalls and they took care of the recalls and looked at a couple other things for me. they gave me a ride to work and even picked me up when my vehicle was done. when I got my keys and went out to my Suburban I noticed they even washed it for me all free of charge. I will go to ROE over Dinsdale any day. Roe helped me with things that Dinsdale refused to. Dinsdale wanted money to just answer questions.

My daughter and I were having trouble with the A/C on our Buick Encore during a cross-country drive during a very hot stretch of weather. When we arrived a little early for our appointment, they took our car immediately and fixed the problem so we could get back on the road. Everyone at the dealership was super-friendly and courteous. These guys where great. 2 hours into a 4 hour trip. These guys found the problem, had the part and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Even washed my truck. I could not of found a better dealership to go to. Best experience ever.

Had the regulator in my drivers side door fixed last February 2017 in result of this my window would not roll down. Took it in had it serviced was told I had a one year warranty and that if anything went wrong with it to bring it back and they would fix it because thats what warranty is for. February of 2018 my window would not roll down again so I took it, dropped my car off they called me within 30 minutes to tell me that the regulator went out again and it would be about $400 (parts and labor to fix). I was three days past my year warranty. I didnt have the funds at the time so I went back picked it up. In result of this happening I had my oil changed today with my mechanic that does my oil regularly, asked him to look at my window and turns out it was just off the track and that the regulator was JUST FINE! I know that car dealerships and auto shops always rip people off but seriously, lying about what was actually wrong with my car and they couldve done a simple fix and sent me on my way. Negative! 0 star rating. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Although the staff was friendly I was baffled by their business practices. I looked at a vehicle (downtown Aurora) theyve had on the lot for almost a year. If you have a low mileage vehicle on the lot for nearly a year dont you think that would raise some red flags as to why it wont sell? 1) The vehicle is dirty as hell inside including animal hair and just plain deeply embedded dirt (seat). 2) After all this time the vehicle is still listed above dealer retail value. 3) The vehicle is now sun baked and fading. The dealership seemed to have a deaf ear as to the issues the vehicle had including body damage, sun damage, fluid leak, as well as several other issues. I shot them a low offer because it had SEVERAL other issues and that was the end of it. It makes me wonder how a dealer stays in business when they seem so unmotivated.

Went and looked at a used car. Noticed three lights were out on the outside rear of the vehicle salesman didnt believe me he made me show him I also pointed out the passenger side CV joint was beginning to fail as there is an awful vibration coming from the floor board. He didnt care at all and didnt even offer to fix the lights-a $2 bulb!!!. Then when it came time to talk price. ROE was asking $5000 over KBB and, in addition, I found the same car, same condition, same year, same mileage, but had more upgrades like heated leather for $4000 less then ROEs price. I presented this to him and he said I can do a couple hundred bucks off So to recap. Car had defects that still need fixing. Salesman couldnt have cared less about us and the price of the car was OUTRAGOUS even my insurance agent and loan officer laughed when I told them the price. Never going back.

They had a comfortable place to wait, fresh coffee, and water available. Service was done in the time stated.
