My suit fit good but most of my groomsmen suits were way off on the measurements and they didnt order my shoes. They acted like it wasnt a big deal but my wedding was only 4 days away so yeah it was a big deal. Not happy with how they handled everything and obviously didnt measure right!! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.😡

The Bridal Collection made finding a dress way easier for me! I couldn’t have asked for a better owner and group of gals to help me along the way. I was able to find my dream dress and it was inexpensive. My bridesmaids were also able to find their bridesmaids dresses the same day!I am so impressed with the new ownership. Being a plus size bride, I was extremely worried that I wouldn’t be able to try a dress on. The new owner is carrying way more plus size dresses and I was able to try on as many as any other person.The people were very kind and they know what they are doing. The dress I tried on was one I never envisioned wearing but it is perfect! So many thanks to everyone at The Bridal Collection. Keep rocking it for all the brides out there!

I had a better experience than I could have imagined! I came in just to get some ideas of what Id like and left with my dream dress! Because Im a bigger size I came in expecting there to be a very limited selection of dresses in my size and an even more limited selection of dresses in my size that also looked good on me. This was not the case! There was so many amazing dresses that it made it difficult to decide which I loved the best. Im so glad you suggested that I try on things that I may not have expected to like and to sit down in the dresses to make sure its comfortable. Its convenient that you have your own tailors to make alterations. And the best part, I found an amazing dress for an amazing price! I felt very comfortable in the dressing room and loved that I had my own space with my group to look at them. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! 100/10

When i went shopping for my wedding dress i found the perfect dress at the bridal collection. The ladys were so helpful and nice. Once the store moved (Nobody called to let me know the store and my dress had moved to a new location) and got new owners Ive had nothing but problems. I was told when i purchases my dress theyd call me 8 weeks before the wedding to schedule my fittings. I ended up having 3 different fittings and i had to call each time to get it scheduled. Nobody ever called to let me know when my dress was done getting altered. One of my bridesmaids went in to try her dress on and asked a worker to help zip it up and they told her they were to busy and couldnt help her. But it looked like it would zip. Come to find out the dress was far from fitting. When getting my dress 2 days before the wedding thry told me thry were going to have it dry cleaned and steamed. There was a stain inside the brest where somebody had either a spray tan or foundation rub off. It was still there when i picked it up. I wasnt very happy with our experience.

I can not say nice enough things about the Bridal Collection. Liz made the experience of buying my dress fun and easy. Pat saw my vision and did an amazing job on all of my alterations. She was truly a miracle worker, my dress couldnt of fit any better after her alterations. I was honestly sad to pack my dress away when the day was done. Thank you!!!

To begin with, the staff here is superb! Very friendly and very knowledgeable with fashion (which was more helpful than they will ever know). I got so many compliments on the suits I had my guys wear. I would definitely recommend Bridal Collection to any grooms looking for party tuxes.

I can’t say enough nice things about The Bridal Collection. Finding my wedding dress here was the most wonderful experience. My mom and I walked in last November just to “try some dresses on” not knowing I would walk out in happy tears finding my wedding dress. Liz, Josie and Tessa were so helpful. Finding multiple dresses for me to try on. They were suggestive and supportive of the ideas I had in mind. I also found my vail, and a few other accessories to go with my dress. I’ve stopped in a few other times to try it on and they have been just as supportive and kind since the first day I walked in. Liz also helped me with some color schemes for my groom and best man. I am originally from Grand Island but now live in Colorado. And I am so honored to have been able to find my dream dress back home at the Bridal Collection. Absolutely love The Bridal Collection! The staff was so helpful throughout my whole wedding process. It was my one stop shop for all my wedding needs. They have everything from Bridal gowns, to tuxes, bridesmaids dresses, to flower girl and ring bearer attire. My mother and mother in law were able to look there and I purchased my jewelry from them also. It was so handy to be able to do everything in one location. I felt like the staff truly supported me and went out of their way to make my day extra special! Thank you Bridal Collection staff!

Honestly this is the only store in town and I am completely disappointed in the two times I have gone to try dress on. I understand the first time I went I was a walk-in no appointment. No one really helped me that time with trying on and clipping the dresses to see. Second time I had a scheduled appointment with them and got treated the same way as I did the first time. Out of the 2 hours I was there the lady who was helping us maybe was around for 15 minutes of that appointment.If you can go elsewhere I would.

Too many wonderful things to say about The Bridal Collection! Not only was I always a happy customer but a happy employee. I’ve seen the wedding party attire selection from start to finish from both sides and as a customer, I’ve always been so pleased with the help I’ve received. From an employee, I’ve never seen such hard work to coordinate all aspects as flawlessly as possible. Thanks for all of the hard work and expertise ladies!

I could write a book about my feelings for the Bridal Collection but, I will try to keep it short. After shopping at my local stores, finding dresses I liked but didnt LOVE. I found one online that I absolutely did LOVE. Local merchants werent able to obtain a sample for me. I called stores in five states and NOBODY was able to get it for me. So, I continued on and came upon the Bridal Collection. I will never forget talking to Josie and she asked me if Id tried it on; I told her no. She laughed about me calling from so far away. She then offered to order it for me from the manufacturer. So, I did! Jumped in the car with one of my bridesmaids and headed to Nebraska... five hours away! The dress was perfect, the service was phenomenal and I now have this gorgeous dress. Thank you, Josie! You know how to make your brides feel like magic when shopping for their dream gown!

The worst experience of my life! The lady that helped me was rude and I could tell she was annoyed to help me. I asked to get measured and she appeared extremely annoyed to have to do so. She made me stand next to the door while she took two quick measurements in front of everybody including men that were there! I was so embarrassed! Then she told me she didnt think they had dresses big enough for me (Im not a whale!). My mom and I left immediately and i was trying my hardest to hold back my tears. Not something i wanted to experience while trying to find a wedding dress!!!! I wouldnt recommend anybody go there ever!!!!!

They are all extremely nice and welcoming! They are super helpful as well, but honestly so terrible at sizing. A couple of my bridesmaids’ dresses are at least two sizes too big. Alterations are going to cost about the same as the dress. I wish they were a bit more accurate.

What a great example of a local business! The owners and staff are wonderful and attentive. Both of my sisters purchased their dresses from The Bridal Collection, while I got the perfect Maid of Honor dress 😊 and our mom found her Mother of the Bride gown. Its the perfect one stop store for all your wedding needs!!It also makes me want to go back to prom when they start posting all the really beautiful dresses they get in!!!

The Bridal Collection is the best place in the area to get your wedding dress and your tuxes. The staff was so kind and always willing to help me especially when it got down to the wire! They were able to do last minute changes with the tuxes and everything turned out better than I could have dreamed! I went to many other bridal stores when I was searching for my dress but no one came close to the Bridal Collection for service and selection! I knew what dress I wanted and they actually didnt have it in the store but they were able to order it for me which made things really easy. They were all so great that I still keep in touch and stop by the store once in awhile just to chat. Highly recommend!

They do not measure bigger people well. When I got measured I tried on pants that were way too small and I was told I would get a bigger size for the real deal. I did not. Did give another star due to staff being friendly.

Liz helped both of my daughters make their big day amazing. She helped us pick out wonderful dresses for the brides, bridesmaids, flower girl, mother of the bride and tuxes for the groom, groomsmen and fathers. She helped with invitations, jewelry and decoration ideas. She supported other community businesses, for photocopier, flowers, cakes, catering, hair and nails. A delightful, full service experience. The ladies at the bridal collection went above and beyond to make my special day come true! They were patient, attentive and most importantly caring. They stayed after hours/came in early all to make sure everything was the way I wanted. If I could go back, I would do it all again! I can’t thank you enough for everything you did! Thank you!!

We had to come back to have bridemaids dresses altered due to the dresses not being quite right from the manufacturer. They ordered 2 dresses of the same size, they didnt fit the same. The ladies at Bridal Collection were wonderful to deal with, so friendly, and helped calm us all down. I would send anyone there for dresses! I however wont be getting dresses made by Allure Bridal again.

They have an awesome staff!! Excellent customer service and overall they are first class! They even help out in their community when they can.

I cannot complain about the suit however these people make it next to impossible to avoid a late charge. Had a wedding Saturday and ran over to return my suit at 11am the next morning on Sunday. Store is closed Sunday apparently and Monday rolls around so I rush over to drop it off so I could get to work on time. Open at 10am and close at 5 pm.Now a threat of late fees from them today. Im just going to have to take my morning off from work?

I went there to get my prom dress at a very good price and the workers were very helpful and made me feel important while I was trying on dresses!

This business is a complete joke! Not only were our bridesmaid dresses TWO MONTHS late coming in, but the wedding dress that they sent to the bride was TWO sizes too big! The dresses were supposed to come in June 1st and during the 2 months it took them to arrive, the bride and myself(maid of honor) called numerous times. Each time we called they said that the dresses had been shipped or were scheduled to ship on a certain day. We would call each week to see if they had arrived and were told the same story or similar EACH TIME. Needless to say we took our service elsewhere.Then I got a bill in the mail saying that I owed money to them for the dress and that if I didnt pay by August 24th, a late fee of $20 would be added each month that I didnt pay. I then called Bridal Collection to tell them that something needed to be done or changed in exchange for the poor service we had received. They wouldnt tell me what was going on or what I could do at all. They told the bride and I both that they would have their accountant call us back to discuss it. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the accountant to call to get the situation figured out. Instead of getting a call from their accountant, I get a call from a collection agency saying that I owed a past due bill. So while I was waiting on THEM to call me back, they send it to a collection agency INSTEAD of contacting me!After I was notified of the collection that I owed, I called Bridal Collection and talked to the manager to ask her why they sent it to the collection agency before it was even a month past due. She told me that I needed to call the collection agency to ask them. I said,You are telling me that they will know why you sent it to collections so soon without contacting me, but you yourself dont know why? She said, Yes you need to talk to the collection agency. I asked her a few more questions along the same lines and the only words she seemed to know were you need to talk to the collection agency if you want answers. Of course when I called the collection agency they had no idea why it was sent to them so soon after the bill was sent out because that is not the purpose of their business.This is BY FAR the WORST customer service I have EVER received from a place that is supposed to be credible and have a good reputation.

Hands down WORST customer service experience I have ever had!!! Had an appointment to look at bridesmaid gowns, when we arrived there were three employees in the store and no other customers other than a girl trying on a prom dress. All three of those employees had their full attention on the prom girl, who had the same dress on the ENTIRE time we were there, no one helped us find dresses, or zip them, or asked if we needed help. We had to use the small mirrors in the dressing rooms to look at ourselves because prom girl and her entourage were in front of the big mirror with all the employees. Finally we decided to leave and got a little attention, one worker at least offered to get our measurments since we did like the dress, but then another snippy blonde said no thats not our store policy since youre not ordering today. Well guess what snippy, we wont be back!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPIRIENCE. Rude customer service. Do Not Trust With Alteration you might not get your item returned in time!!Poor communication as well had to go in to even get information on my order. Even though i was informed i would be given a call. Do your self a favor and avoid.

The WORST place to go they were rude i called them to complain and they manager was rude as hell. They are not a professional place for anyone to go. They made our dresses too short and said they didnt take my bridesmaids measurements. We called to make a complain and they were rude on the phone make us look dumb and them making excuses about everything. PLEASE NEVER GO THERE!!!!
