I use to love go to Hy-vee. I know prices are going up. But your higher than the other stores. People like me who are lower income can barely get by.I noticed that if you join your club. You get a better price. We as the elderly cant afford to join a club more less by certain products.For that Ill only come there in an emergency. Sure will miss the meat though

Wonderful selection. Love the fuel saver card. Their app is amazing. I travel over 2 hours just to shop specifically at this store. Meat selection is amazing. There is a clothing department also! With super cute clothes for all members of your family. What puts it over the top is the STAFF! Cashiers and managers are so helpful and genuinely care about your experience in their store. Wish I had one closer to me but..I will travel for this particular store. ***EDIT** Not coupon friendly. Apparently, they accuse you of stealing if you use a bunch of coupons. I have a family of 6 and try to save where I can. I use a lot of coupons, considering I go here once or twice a month. So I try to get what I can, in order to stock up for my family and 4 pets. Will not return.

Had the floral department do flowers for our dads wife’s funeral, and they were absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Highly recommend Grand Island Hy-vee floral and bakery! Thank you so much for the wonderful job!

I had never been in a Hy-Vee before and was pleasantly surprised. There was a nice selection of items and the store was very clean. They had a huge selection of gluten free items which was a nice surprise. My only complaint is two of the items we bought actually ended up being expired. The one had expired in April and we were there in August.

Went through the drive through to gab a prescription, fast, easy, ans really nice. Cost was good too! $10 for 90 day supply!

Love that they are open till 1 A.M!!! I live in a small town and went to Grand Island for groceries, to my surprise Wal-mart closed at 10 p.m! Thanks to Hy-vee it wasnt a wasted trip.

Best customer experience today. Ive noticed its a group effort with the employees there to help the customers with things such as special orders, and if unable to, still able to help with similar products or deals.

Wide variety of food items, got my vaccine here mainly, it was really nice and clean but what really stood out to me was the messages for suicide awareness on the walk paths for the building, really lifted my spirits to see those messages

Great clean store for all our grocery needs. For a quick trip for a few items, shop during the day. Same for a 2 week stock up visit. Personally love the fresh produce section, so colorful and fun to find fresh veggies and fruits. Bakery is yummy fresh. Meat is fresh and looks so nutritious. We stock up on frozen foods, and there is a huge variety in several aisles. Thank you, HyVee for being the best in town!

Good place to shop they always have a better variety than wal mart

Hyvee is fast and easy some of the prices are good and some are not. If you are in a hurry you can go in and get out fast.

Being that we are not from here and were visiting family in the area for a week the Hy-Vee bakery was more than accommodating when I had called and asked if it was possible to have our little birthday cake tradition made the day of my daughters cousins birthday. I was extremely grateful as they helped me keep this little tradition going! Im pretty sure this will be one birthday shell never forget as I had unknowingly bought trick candles, 15 of those tricky things on a 5 inch cake almost equalled a fire. LOL. Thank you again Hy-vee!

Great store in every way. Clean, well stocked, well lit, wide aisles. Super friendly staff in all departments! Management is always out on the floor and offering assistance if you need it. Amazing variety of fresh produce. Organics, non GMO, and gluten free selection is the best in Grand Island. Specialty meats, cheeses, and seafood. Super friendly cashiers and baggers! Excellent selection of kosher and specialty foods that you cant find at any other grocers in town. Large deli/eatery with a great salad bar! Super nice floral department. Great bakery. A wine and spirits department that carries a myriad of specialty beers, 🍺 ales, lagers, and wines and liquors. They have a great health suppliment and health foods department. All areas are well stocked and prices are competitive. Centrally located with a well lit parking lot. Great store all around!

Great grocery store with good variety of all needs and wants. I was floored by the meat department. It is huge, and fresh cut steaks being done behind the meat counter. One of the most impressive meat departments I have ever seen.

This store is clean and all the people that work there are friendly and helpful.

First time there! I loved the store, super friendly employees❣ They even have people around who you can find to ask questions UNLIKE MY OLD FAVORITE STORE WALMART!!! I will be shopping here from NO ON because a little more in price is worth it to me to be able to find something!! Customer Service is the key!! Oh and their shelves were stocked unlike Walmarts! Everytime I have gone to Wal-Marts lately they are out of a ton of the things I want!! I live a 45 minute drive away from town so thats NOT COOL FOR ME!!! Thanks Hy-Vee for having Employees who are around the store who people can ask questions about how to find things AND for having stocked shelves!!

Went in found what I needed,was in and out fast

Deli needs to go back to cut on demand. The meats and cheese are all dried out and Terrible. By trying to save time they deliver a Terrible product. We still have to have everything cut anyway and they throw away all the junk.

Had everything I needed, even had cheaper options as opposed to Walmart, The milk is a bit pricey but everything else is fine

We stopped in for a drink and snack .. it was perfect. Excellent service too!

Store always has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff a wide variety of goods that are hard to get at other places and a very great selection of healthy alternatives as well. The charcuterie and meat department are fantastic and bar none some of the best cuts of meat you can get around and a selection is as broad as it gets versus any of their competitors in the area.

At first they lost my cake order and after about a half hour they found it. Otherwise the cake looked great and tasted awesome.

GI Hyvee is the absolute best! The best selection of produce, meats and bakery. The employees are the best! It may cost a bit more than your bigger chain store-but the quality of product and friendliness of the staff are well worth the difference.

This is my favorite store to shop at in town! Great prices, awesome deals, always clean and the staff is friendly.

Using the pharmacy drive thru is frustrating. Its kinda hard to navigate with a full size truck and maybe 2-3 vehicles fit in its drive-thru. You have to wait in the parking lane until there is room. When store is busy you have to wait for them to leave if theres backup before you can cross the main entrance Lane to get over to the drive-thru. But other than that they are quick to get your medication especially if youve been there a few times before on a regular basis no problem with the Pharmacy staff.

Everything on the shelves are very fresh and tasty. And the help you get is outstanding.

The diversity is great. People complain about the prices but between the sales and the quality I dont mind, and you get money off gas if you get their free card

I didnt really go here for the grocery shopping although it did look like they had everything, I was mostly there for the liquor and their selection was incredible and their prices were great.

Favorite place to grocery shop when in Grand Island!

I ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral and when we were at the service and found the flowers ordered, I was shocked at how beautiful they were!! It was bigger than I imagined!! The pot and the way it was put together made me happy that I went with Hy-Vee again!! Thank you!! I highly recommend you!! You went above my expectations!!

Super service and a very friendly atmosphere

This store is top notch! They have an AMAZING facility that features a cafe, a pharmacy, a deli, a bakery, a meat center, a liquor department, and clothing department, and much more! This place has EVERYTHING from a unique selection of bath bombs and handmade soaps to a large organic department with various grind your own nut butter dispensers. They always keep the place very clean and organized and well staffed with friendly cashiers! This is a must go! The bakery offers delicious treats and there are multiple different hot/cold buffet style cuisine options for a meal on the go! They even have a little coffee shop that serves some of the best Lattes in town! Hands down one of the best grocery centers in Grand Island!

First off, I love shopping here and each time I am there I leave with handfuls more what I was there for. Ill even state this if yall a southern native, they got RC cola and classic moon pies here. It is a treat to many that been searching in the midwest! Lots of import items selections. Even if it can be overly expensice at times you pay for the quality of the product.

Stores hours state 5am to 1am. Was there at midnight and the doors were closed. No sign up that they were closing early or anything.

Staff were rude and condescending
