After the sale, which went smoothly, was the day to pick up my item. The load out people were very busy but kept me informed on what was happening. Alway appreciate communication. My item was wrapped so it would not be damaged when loading. The 2 men looked over everything and made sure I got my item loaded without damage. They made a couple changes to how a dresser would go on a flatbed truck. I very much appreciated their expertise. I will go back again. By the way, the 2 sales women that worked with me were great also.

We stopped into Slumberland a week ago on our first voyage out to buy a new bed. We encountered Clint Pritchard who was excellent. We told him we wanted to check out the Sleep Number store before committing. He was very respectful, said that the Sleep Number was also a good mattress but that he hoped we would like the TermpurPedic more. Sure enough we DID like the bed at Slumberland much more. We returned today and sealed the deal with Clint. We are long time customers of Slumberland and have always gotten excellent service. Looking forward to a much better night’s sleep!

We had an absolutely unacceptable and horrible experience with another furniture store directly across the street from Slumberland. Upon being talked into going back, even after explaining all that went wrong with our original order, they still did nothing to make the situation right; but they sure tried selling it as if they were. I finally boiled over and walked out taking our sale with us.Stopping in at Slumberland and meeting Mike basically saved the day. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and spoke plainly with us. The used car salesman approach was nowhere to be found, thank God. You could tell he takes a tremendous amount of pride in being great at what he does. Even staying well after closing to continue to give us great customer service. Our shopping experience was awesome!! Cindy was knowledgeable and very helpful!! She was friendly, upbeat, and patient.Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication when we arrived to pick up our items. I had called 4 hours prior to ensure our items would be ready. When we arrived, the man working the loading area did not know we were coming. He was very polite and worked hard to get everything ready. Due to the rush, we ended up not getting all the hardware necessary to assemble the item we purchased from the display floor.

Slumberland is very accommodating when they did not have what I wanted in stock they checked other stores and had it brought in so I did not have to travel. I am very appreciative of their great customer service!

I just bought a house and needed a lot of furniture. Because of work, I showed up a half hour before close. Kathy took her time and helped me find the majority of my needs. By the time we finished it was over an hour after close. Ihad bought a couple peices of furniture before on 12 months interest free and gotten a moderate credit limit. Kathy made a quick call to get my limit raised for the 48 month interest free financing. Or was a well spent 2 hours that left me needing only a few small things to complete the new house.
