Found lots of trinkets to fill Halloween bags for my grandkids at a good price. Singing balloons for under $10! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Super busy today, however the line was still moving at a good pace and if you needed help to find an item, associates were available to assist.

Between the website and the store they have everything I need for birthdays and Halloween. The prices are sometimes high, but not ridiculously so.

Went there to check out the Halloween stuff. They had some interesting stuff at decent prices, but the quality was kinda poor. I wanted a masquerade mask but all of the ones I was interested in were damaged on the bottom. Didnt look at the regular party supplies.

Omg the cashier we had was absolutely fabulous!!! He is def a major factor in our decision making.. Love party city

This store is great for costumes and party related stuff. Staff are always nice and very helpful. I also use their online site. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the costumes could be better considering the price. But, they have a lot that you cant find in places like walmart...

The staff was not so friendly. When I asked for something, it was almost like I was bothering them. Not to worry, your wages are paid by it purchases. I dont know who paid yours that hour but I left and went elsewhere. If I wanted self-serve, I would have gone to Wal-Mart to begin with.

Store had everything I needed but service was horrible. Had an order of balloons to pick up at a certain time got there and they werent ready, plus they took for ever to get stared and had all my order done by 30 minutes it took all employees to work in this but yet all they did was talk and take for ever.

Great place to work staff is friendly. Really fun during Halloween lots of dress up days 😊!!

A few friends and I decided to go to party City one night and pick up some Peppa pig tattoos. We were unaware that the store had already closed, and browsed for half an hour with the help of a staff member before they mentioned that they were closed already.

Paid ahead for balloons and showed up to pick them up, nobody had a clue. Had to wait for quite a awhile to get them. Then had to wait to get someone who knew how to change out the helium tank. Would have ordered from somewhere else but my daughter was waiting.
