I love this craft store!!! The staff here has always been amazing and so helpful. No matter the age of the crafter, they take care if you.

Fabric selection is great along with jewelry making supplies and Wilton Bakeware. They always have great discounts on floral and holiday decor and their 40% coupon is a money saver too.

So happy to have a less expensive option than Hobby Lobby. The whole vibe in store is even more helpful and feels less like a clique to me

Love Joanns. I havent been to one in almost 4 years because the closest one is now 2 hours away. Just think their yarn selection has really went downhill and thats the primary reason I was there.

Nice clean place tons of selections

Very little items other then sewing related. No one offered to help. Just not a great visit.

Very expensive. Only for the rich to walk in. Thats the way it seems. Lady at register was trying to be nice, but could tell she was struggling. Not sure why. I hope her day got better.

Went to buy specific item knowing nothing about sewing. Young lady employed there helped me find what I wanted, cut material to fit. Was not only quick and painless, but delightful.

Everyone was very helpful as well as knowledgeable.

Very nice store. I usually go for yarn and accessories That area isnt very big, but they have several yarn options that you cant find anywhere else in town. The staff is always great and very willing to help you find coupons.

Good variety for homemakers. Wish they had a certain stone i was looking for in jewelry, but no one has had it. Lots of neat sewing ideas.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Social distancing and mask request politely, shown by example. Will definitely go back. I hope they do not close. :(

Wonderful place.

Went in for specials. Bought some fabric on sale and a few other items. JoAnns has gone green, which is fine but, teach employees how to run the register. I got charged 19.96 3 times. The clerk took one of the 19.96 off. She called up a young lady still in high school that was really nice and explained to the clerk that the 19.96 was rang up wrong for fabric that was 1.00 a yard. I also had my 40% coupon, and it was senior citizen day. Didnt get those discounts, even after showing the digital coupons. I asked her to remove the 19.96 that I was still being overcharged. She said she would have to ring out the sale, in other words I had to pay for it and then come back in and talk to mgmt. I hate going to the mall period because of blood clots in my legs, and now you want me to come back out. It would have been faster to re-ring the sale up. After going back and forth for 30 minutes. I told her Id call mgmt. Which I did. They told me to bring the receipt in. For Gods sake. You cant review this on your pos system and see I over paid. Still not settled 3 weeks later.

Probably the worst Joanns I have been to. STUFF in disarray, bins of stuff for sale in the aisles and you can barely move around, the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I have encountered at one of these locations. Store needs some serious attention for sure! I ended up leaving and going to hobby lobby for my purchases. There is no reason for the place to be in the condition it’s in.
