I called them by accident. The manager called me back to get more of the story of what I experienced at a place they sell the bagels. Thank you for being considerate.

The food was great but the girl working at the cash register had a visibly bad attitude and even muttered about us under her breath while we were ordering! The guy who brought out our order was fine but they should think twice about having Little Miss Attitude Problem front and center taking orders.

Went there to grab a sandwich for lunch. Five employees and no one would look at me. When they finally seen me instead of coming to take my order they said we will be with you soon. They were not helping other customers. I had been there almost ten minutes by then. I walked out without ordering. This was not because they were short staffed but just plain poor customer service

Food, coffee and pricing very good; however, young girl that waited on us (and was pre-paid) forgot our carryout and we had to jump through couple hoops with new person when inquiring about when we were getting rest of our order. Although friendly, more training might be needed.

Ive been going here since I was a little kid. This place always delivers quality food and coffee, especially with the new Management! They have a near unlimited selection of bagels and cream cheese, as well as awesome lunch sandwiches. Truly a great place!

Gave this place a very positive review on Facebook, but now I have one complaint since posting that review. Since then, I had a deli sandwich with chicken breast in it, and that chicken breast was lukewarm and tough as leather. I would have complained to the staff, but I got there 20 minutes before closing and felt like it would have been rude to complain when the staff was eager to close up and leave for the day. Otherwise, I have had nothing but great food and experiences at this place.

Delicious, great service and prices

Ok food. Nothing special, but perfectly edible. Very lax staff. Tables were left covered in crumbs for the 40 minutes we sat and ate lunch there. Only 2 other customers during that time... very slow... and no one came out to clean up the tables. Paper towel dispenser was empty in the women’s bathroom.

The bagels here are pretty good. They make a breakfast sandwich out of them that is really good. They seem to run out of the premium bagels rather early in the day. One of the reasons I dont come here as much. The bacon egg and cheese on a bagel is really good, especially subbing in a chedder twist bagel.

My SO and I frequent this location at least once a week. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! I honestly have not had a better bagel anywhere else in town or otherwise.Service is always fast and I have not once had a burned bagel.

Classic turkey on a bagel is a real treat. Not too much mayonnaise, tomato is meaty not watery, and the staff is efficient and helpful. The turkey though....its top notch.

The sandwiches were made fresh and tasted good, the coffee was hot, which is a plus, service was fast and food order was correct. It is one of the pricier fast food places I have been to, but the quality was better than expected for fast food

Service wasnt very good. Took 4 tries to order a bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. Our food arrived after the 5 people inline behind us. We ordered a coffee latte, it arrived after we were finished with our meal, this was only after I asked for a refund.
