Pretty easy going experience. No complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this auto shop! Brought my Saturn in to diagnose the problem with my AC, they found what was wrong with it and was only $40 bill. I was expecting atleast 100 or more considering other places cost around $250 just to look at your AC.

Recently brought my vehicle in because my power steering notification went on. They got it in quickly and after assessing the situation found out it was a easy fix. They didnt upcharge me or treat me poorly like other vehicle places Ive been to. Definitely recommend this place.

I took my Escalade in with what I believed was a bad wheel bearing. Jeff called within an hour confirming it was bad and gave me a price. I had him replace it and about another hour later got a call tellin me it was done. Very impressed i must say.

We were driving across the country for the holidays when one of our belts got loose - we had just had the majority of them replaced by a Napa Center at home. Jeff fit us in with just a few minutes notice and we were on our way within an hour. He handled the payment with our mechanic back home which left us with a safe, stress free drive. The next morning, I started calling repair shops at 7:00 am. We were lucky that Whitakers answered (I cant remember the owners name but I think it was Jeff). He arranged to have our car towed from the hotel to his shop, repaired it at an honest price, picked us up at our hotel in his own car, drove us back to his shop and got us back on the road (to WI) within the time frame he promised.
