PLEASE READ!!! Police have been called on this place because they refuse to release vehicle on the price given on printed paper. They attempted to charge hundreds of dollars more without permission. Police have notified them they cannot charge sure thing without permission or written statement. Please be careful with this business. Good mechanics do the job with a written estimate and if more work is needed they should notify you with the extra repairs and extra cost before doing any further work. This place is a fraud and I will never recommend this place to anyone!!

What an absolute joke of a business. No one is ever in the office. I had to track them down to just get an update on vehicle repairs. Finally, after an overpriced repair was complete, I got my vehicle back, and big surprise, it is still broken. Horrible customer service, and dont expect them to actually fix the vehicle. Save your money, and go somewhere that will get the job done right without screwing you over.

This place is so unprofessional! The owner is extremely rude he yells and uses fowl language towards customers.He also over prices people! I will never come back here again!

My time was very limited. They got me right in. There parts were a little high. But they let me go get my own parts. But the said if they used my parts they couldnt warranty it. Im said I live in Ohio. Lol. And I paid 1135 for them to run Diagnostics make sure the car was getting to Ohio but when I paid my bill I asked for a printout of the results of the diagnostic test she said she didnt have them. But they did a great job

A family member recently used this place to have their vehicle repaired and was over charged. The work was very poor quality 😕. Would not recommend at all.

Great automotive repair center. Very friendly mechanics. Large facility with a full service tire center as well. Friendly to everyone and they speak English and Spanish.

I like vence. Just give e everyone a chance as God says. Love thy bros and sisters mother and fathers. He is a good man at his work.

Vince was able to fit me in for a last minute car inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. He took me back to the show to show all the problems with the car and even took pictures and sent them to me with a detailed list. His attitude and that of his staff was that good old fashion make-you-feel-welcomed style. Wish I lived close and would have him do the repairs too.

Know so little about cars that I believe they take advantage of me and overcharge on repairs. But, since I know so little maybe Im wrong. Father, who knows more, tells me the charges are ridiculous though. Sigh, the costs of cars and repairs of them.

I took my truck in bc the headlights were malfunctioning. They told me the battery was bad. (False) So i went and got it and returned it since it was new. Then went back and placed the second new battery in the truck and they tightened the bolts.Other than that they didnt do much of anything but tell me that it worked now (also False)and charge me $250.Nothing was fixed and I wasted my time replacing a perfectly good battery.When I went back the next day (after realizing they hadnt fixed anything) to complain about being charged for nothing, I was told that the problem would cost me over $1,000 to fix.The owner said theyd have to buy the part and the schematics for the truck to recalibrate it to the new part etc..After talking to a mechanic back home, he told me to look on eBay and the part was $100, and all i had to do was plug it in. Easy as plugging in a lamp. My truck is fixed now.

Went to get my touchscreen replaced and instead they tried to swindle me for everything else. Kept me there for 2 hours while they had my car on a hoist looking for things that needed done. BEWARE. VINCE IS A SNAKE IN THE GRASS. I went elsewhere.

This place is a joke and so is the owner, can’t even take responsibility for his own mistakes, they fried my battery and try to hide it from me, also messed up the whole data box. Trash service and the mechanics he has working for him are a joke, if I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE or your car will come out worse!!

Great service, had a bad rear axle leak while moving across country along with a Throttle position sensor going bad and was lucky enough to break down in Grand Island and come across Personal Auto. They were honest mechanics that had me back on the road the next morning with no further issues. I was able to make it to my destination on time and a good first impression with my new employer.

Did not feel welcome at all by the red head office gal.her smirks were seen.not sure what her issue was. heard the owners to tell me to bring my car around: and she did not pass the message to mevery unpleasant female attitude.so be it.

My steering went out while I was visiting Grand Island. State Farm called a tow for me and they took me to Personal Automotive. I spent several hours in their clean, uncluttered lobby which had both a couch and a pub table--and was amazed at the ways workers stopped to think of whether I was comfortable on their way to the next part of their own work, or what Id need. Have a cup of coffee. (And there are vending machines.) I should choose the channel Id prefer on the TV. Lunch? A menu for Jimmy Johns who would deliver. An estimate? A straightforward explanation that was easy to understand. Im a sensible 70 year old woman, not some young damsel in distress who might expect to make a few waves. The bill was less than I expected. My local mechanic is thinking about retiring--and Im thinking I might take my aging car into GI for its general upkeep. I know I can trust the people in this place.

They have everything you want for automotive/truck/RV service! Knowledgeable, highly capable and friendly staff, fast service, well equipped shop, honest assessments and pricing. It doesnt get any better!

Great people, I was traveling from Wisconsin to Utah, had my truck breakdown. They took me in right away and had me back on the road the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs auto repair!

Vince and his staff are awesome! Called them on my trip out to Colorado to see if they could take a look at my camper that had a shake in the front end. They said yes bring it in and we will look at it right away! They found the tire problem and got a tire ordered in (odd tire size) and put on the next morning. When coming back in to get my tire put on my check engine light came on and they took a look at that right away also. Being a older RV it was tough to find parts but they got them in quickly and he even came in on a day they were closed to put the part on to get me on the road as quickly as possible! He even let hooked my camper up out back of his shop and let me crash there for the night. Stand up guy and business!

First of all they are great workers and even better person. I just bought a truck and i went to do a check up and I was expecting to be expensive and that wasnt the case. They did a great job and work out a price that I was more than happy to pay. My advise for you that are reading this will be that if you have something going on on your vehicle go there they will do anything to help you.

These guys are very helpful. They act professionally and take their job very seriously. I was satisfied with the diagnostics on my vehicle. My only disappointment, and this is a serious one, is that they lack transparency in telling you when your vehicle is finished and what they find along the way.

They did such a wonderful job of tuning up my vehicle. They walked me through the process before and during the whole thing. Although it seemed like a lot of money at the time, it was actually an investment! They were very professional. I have recommended them to many people.

They had my vehicle for over a month or more and replaced a lot of stuff along with 3 timing chains which were not installed correctly so ended up paying over 2900.00 just for the piston to be thrown because timing chains not installed correctly. This was confirmed by 2 well known mechanics. They will not admit their mistake of refund money. Do not go there.

Personal Automotive is absolutely the best repair shop in the business. It is very clean and everyone is so nice and attentive to the customer. Russ and Vince are great people with values that are second to none. I know when I take my car in, they are going to check the car over thoroughly and be honest about what the find or dont find.

Fantastic service!!! I would highly recommend Personal AutomotiveThey worked on my V10 F250 and thoroughly went through and fixed all that was wrong with it. This is a business truck so I need it to run flawlessly and there is still not a single problem 6 months later.

As a truck driver its difficult to get your pov fixed. These guys were absolutely awesome. They arranged to get my 99 suburban towed to the shop and had the intake gasket replaced within 48hrs. Highly recommended these guys, I have a few other minor issues with the burb that I will have them take care of.

Not such a great place, after all. Over priced.

Got my car done quick and got me back on the road again.

The quality was decent, but the problem I have is I paid 130 just to get a muffler cut off and pipe put in its place. Really steep if you ask me. Greens and midas quoted me 65 .plus, they didnt tell me the price till after if I would of known that I would tell them forget about it.

Brought my truck in for noise in the rear end and it was I thought the rear diff was bumping. And it was bad. So it takes two days to fix the rear end and $1180. I go pick it up and start down the road and it still has a MAJOR vibration and the bumping was still there so I called and went back and they said oh yea thats the front wheel bearing. EXCUSE ME!!!??? I thought I brought my truck in to get fixed not half fixed!!!!! Where was my phone call saying,hey this is also messed up,would you like us to take care of it? Nothing. They just wanted me to drive on off and since Im not from here thinking I wouldnt notice till I was too far down the road to come back. I will never come back to them and I will never recommend them to anyone. Your job is to fix the problems, not some, all of them. Now if my tire falls off while Im driving down the road, who do I sue? ANNND, they bent the crap out of my antenna when they put it on the lift. $70 anyone?
