I understand the store is closing, but good God. This place looked like a bomb went off in it. The lines to the checkout were chaotic and the staff seemed very indifferent to anything happening around them. I stood at the register for probably 15 minutes because they didnt know the price of a plastic cat-shaped back massager that couldnt have been any more than $5. Even when I told them I didnt need it and to continue checking me out, they just stood there and held the line up further... ignoring me. They wouldnt even let me offer a price. Completely ridiculous. I left without it.

I could not find the item I was looking for on the shelf. But the gentleman who was stocking the department kindly offered to check the stock room for it. Much to my delight he came back with the item I wanted as well as another option. The best customer service Ive had in a long time.

30 and 40 percent off of everything. Lots of home decor and housewares remaining. Very little cookware and kitchen utensils left. They are closing.

I love shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond! They have so many items that you cant find anywhere else. Good sales too. The store was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This location (Goldsboro) is going out of business and there is not much left. They are selling some of their shelving. I got some pretty sturdy white veneered shelving boards for .50¢ apiece

Some some favorite K-cup coffee on sale. Have shopped here a few times. The inventory sellections have been reduced over time.I do usually enjoy drifting around the store for unusual household items. Front end service proved a little slow, but a customer may have tied up one register with a special need.The unit is located in a great location off from Berkeley Blvd. Theres usually plenty of parking.

I cant go into their store very often. Only if I know they have what I need or cant find it anywhere. The scent in the store is so strong and with my allergies I go in maybe once a year. Within seconds my throat and eyes burn . It goes down hill from there.

First win the lottery, then shop here. They have so much stuff that you probably will buy stuff you really dont need but just want, like the Ugg blanket. Who needs an Ugg blanket?, no one really, but why not!? $200 easily out the door whenever we shop, thats why we only come when we absolutely have to.They DONT have XXL coat for dogs, which is what I need.Other than i love this place... just cant always afford this.

I came to Bed Bath & Beyond looking to purchase a couple frying pans. I first looked around and then asked an employee for choosing a good a good pan that carried a life time warranty. She suggested Zwilling a set of three. I went to the register and tried to pull up the 20% off for new members. The cashier tried her best to pull it up and then asked a female employee for help that was on her way to lunch. She also tried to pull it up on my phone but was not able to. She ended up doing something on line and if Im not mistaken it was on her phone. So I ended up getting my 20% off. I wish I got name of employees that helped me. I feel they went above and beyond in customer service. You have a customer for life.

Always have what I need and they have great coupons. They accept them even when the have expired.

Ordered some gifts online. Instead of receiving a Los Angeles Rams blanket that I ordered I get a North Dakota Fighting Hawks blanket. Call to get a solution figured out. Bed Bath & Beyonds solution? Print an RMA, repackage the blanket (if youve opened one of the plastic bags that these come in before you understand theyre not exactly reusable), take it to FedEx and as soon as they scan it the correct one will be sent out. Well two days later after doing Bed Bath & Beyonds busy work, still no correct item shipped out. Call to figure out why; first customer service (LOOSELY defined in this case) person lied. It wont be sent out until they receive the wrong product they sent to me back. Why wouldnt I just return it to my local Bed Bath & Beyond and either pick-up or have sent the correct item on the spot? Made a mistake trying to get away from buying everything from Amazon. There is a reason they are destroying other retailers and with the I dont care (almost to the point where they act like it was my fault they sent the wrong item) attitude, its not hard to see why Bed Bath & Beyonds stock has went from nearly $80.00 5 years ago to under $10.00 this year. Next time I shop here it will be during store closing liquidations. Merry Christmas!

All bed bath & beyond stores feel over stocked and cramped.

Its very nice, just wish things there were more affordable.

The staff is normally OK, not very helpful, but OK.Stock is minimal when it comes to appliances, mostly lower end items. Dont go if you are looking for high quality and variety that you can find at William Sonoma.

Very very unexpectedly buisy. The one thing. We went in for. They had out of stock. People. Lined up around. The corners of the isles to. Go through the one. Register and pay. Not a good experience. But. Possibly biased on it being a friday

They have a wide variety of stuff for your home. I got an excellent buy today on blankets. It was crowded but they had several registers open so the wait wasnt extremely long. The store is a little crowded space wise. They could use some extra room. Not sure theres room for expansion though.

If I could leave a minus 2 stars I would.Also, I believe all the 5 stars without comments are employees. Please read the ACTUAL review...I rarely shop at this BB&B; prices are way too high, sections are cramped, cant get any help. But the other day, I needed 5 things for my shop & misc: bar towels, UNC coasters, specific stainless steal tumbler, canister set & something else. I left with a $6 set of cheap-quality bar towels. I went to the front after Id rounded the store one entire time, asked help with finding the canisters (didnt see any sets my first go round) first girl said oh, theyre in the kitchen section. She didnt even point in the general vicinity. I go back & only see acrylic singles. So I walk to the front again & ask girl #2, where are the canister SETS? She says theyre only sold online, not in the store. Okay, what about the UNC coasters? Only online. and do you sell the Ozark tumblers? Never heard of em. But if we do, theyre probably online...PLEASE tell me the purpose of a brick & mortar store THAT size if 4 of the 5 items you go in for are only sold online!!??Funny, the have $5, 20%, 15% coupons ALL THE TIME, but for what? They have a poor selection in the store and if you want to order online youve got FAR BETTER options: Amazon, Overstock, Target, Wayfair! Mark my words, Goldsboro BB&B will be out-of-business in 1year or LESS!!!
