Dont waste your time as Bob is semi retired and isnt in business. Multiple calls go to voice mail and calls are never returned. The business doors are never open/unlocked as Bob claims a homeless person problem in the area. I called 6 times to no response. Ive notified Google of the outdated business listing in an effort to get the listing permanently pulled.

Bob is THE man. He knows what he’s doing 100% and the best prices I’ve ever seen. I got the pleasure of watching him work a couple weeks back and I’ve never seen such a hardworking person of any age, let alone someone his age. He runs the shop himself and really does great work. Call ahead of time he might not be in the shop and don’t freak if he doesn’t answer, he will call you back. Go here and you will leave ecstatic about the work he does for you and the price.

Kind and good-humored guy with great prices. I chose the cheapest option for my muffler/exhaust replacement though he definitely had some nice stock available if I wanted it. Called in the day before, came in the next day, was done within an hour and a half. Recommended!

I took my old VW to 2 places in Gainesville to see if I could get my muffler repaired. Both places told me the entire assembly had to be repaired and the cost would be between $675.00 and $750. I took it to Bob. He repaired it the same day and only asked $150. ( I gave him more). What a gem of a person. Understated, highly skilled and honest. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My first impressions were sketchy because the doors were locked with a note on the door saying to call him. I called and he came right out and opened the door. He explained that without locking the front door too many homeless people wander in and try to steal stuff, so since hes a 1-man show he locks the door. So I brought my wifes car in because I installed a tow hitch on it and the muffler was knocking around on the newly installed hitch bar. Bob found a way to safely remove the flange causing the noise without losing any structural integrity. We didnt discuss price and thought he would say it would be around $150, but when the job was done and asked how much I owed, he said, Is $40 dollars okay? I nearly kissed him.

Had a disagreement with him about some work. He made everything right. One of the most honest guys thats worked on my car.

Called the business at 2:30 asking about a section of pipe, a price was set and I told him I was headed that way in about an hour which he replied he would be there. Showed up and the door was locked, rang the phone three times no answer; walked around back and I talked to the guys who work behind his shop and they said he should be right back.Waited for an hour, went up by Napa and got some parts I would need, drove back past it and he was still nowhere to be seen.Its bad business to tell a customer you will be at the store and after they drive 40 minutes to get a part there is no one there. He will never get my business. I was raised that if I tell someone I will do something then thats exactly what will happen.

A Great Place For After Hour Muffler Repair

Have an old Totota Landcruise went to Bobs he gave mea great quote for a complete system. He installed it quickly and expertly. His welds and quality workmanship was superior. If you need custom work done hes the man.
