The restaurant is usually good... but we ordered 2 shrimp cocktails and a torta to go yesterday... very disappointing... the torta was not good at all... and the shrimp cocktail didnt taste good and it only had like 7 shrimp cut up... wont be getting food at that place no more. .

There was a great selection of produce, meat, and other products but dont go in there unless you speak Spanish or if you are white. Im half Mexican myself and they look at you like your an Alien for shopping in their store . We waited in line for over an hour just to be told by the English speaking cashier cash only.

Los carniceros are rude cussing and being makong funny of the customers. They helped a guy before me and he wanted to order more thing and the guy helping him was like i all ready helping some one else . But he was not done . He juat did want to help. I use to go there a lot but i stopped going . For years and today i decided to give them a try a again. Very disappointed and discouraged 😞.

The food was so hard to describe. It was delicious and juicy. Not only that, but their quesadillas are so...scrumptious !They must have put their hearts work and love into those quesadillas. I would recommend this to practically everyone and anyone!

Authentic Mexican store and restaurant, you should try Sundays special, Molcajete a mixure of steak, chicken and shrimp served along with rice and beans over a traditional stone called Molcajete. So, so good! Friendly people.

This is my #1 spot for tacos by far. Their self serving bar has amazing condiments and guac. If youre in town make sure you stop by-then head next door for an awesome chamoyada (mango is the best)

I would not suggest buying any meat from their deli in the back all the guys that are cutting meat for customers werent wearing gloves or face mask when they are working all the cuts that they hand their customers

I called in to get meats by the pound. When the phone was answered first words after I asked to be transferred to the meat dept was dont speak english so the people I have been getting meat from for the last few months cannot speak english really. This is how businesses get blocked from friends and family. Not going back wow!

Nunca compren el menudo. No limpian bien la carne. $24 a la basura.Never order the menudo. The meat is not cleaned properly and smells bad. Puked it up after the first bite and threw the rest away. $24 down the drain.

We go here for the restaurant. The decor is old 50s diner, but dont be fooled this is straight authentic Mexican. On the weekends, the salsa bar is the best in town. Tacos are served on Homemade corn tortillas. The gorditas are awesome. My latest favorite is the enchiladas potosinas. Four open faces special tacos with a slab of grilled steak over the top. Go here if you want real Gainesville ga tacos.
