Trust the bad reviews. I was skeptical about trying him after reading the bad reviews, but it turns out true. Scheduled a time to come fix my car. never showed up.. called many times and no answer. very inconvenient. there is nothing wrong with his phone.

Just like other people, I was texting with someone, and had an appointment set, but no one ever showed up and the number stopped responding. This seems like some sort of scam, and many of the positive reviews seem fake.

He has poor communication skills and sets a time to come look at my car and never showed for both the times! He never even told me he couldn’t come. I had to constantly message him. He ghosted and never showed. Highly don’t recommend

I had a set appointment at 9 am on a Tuesday morning. The agent never showed up. I called and texted with no response and waited over a half hour. I never received a call back nor any explanation and was in urgent need of an inspection of my vehicle before I headed out of town.

Recently had my car breakdown in middle of no where and was having one of the worst days of my life. Luckily I was able to get in touch with this company! Miguel was very professional over the phone with setting up my repair on a Saturday morning and worked with me every step of the way with where I was getting my car towed to. & Miguel the mechanic the next morning I will tell you by far the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have worked with. He loves his job and was the absolute mechanic to work and talk to. When he looked at the car within 20 minutes he knew what needed to be fixed. He ran to get the parts and had me up and running as soon as possible. After he fixed the car he checked to ensure everything was good to go and had me on my way home in time for dinner that day. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than this guy, definitely highly recommend you give him a call if you need any work done!

I typically dont write reviews but I wish I wouldve known about Miguelmobilemechanic right when I moved to Gainesville. I had heard good things about Auto ER from a friend and took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler to them to get my thermostat fixed. When Auto ER told me that I would need to get my whole engine cooling fan replaced, my dad made me get a second opinion. AND IM SO GLAD I DID! Miguel looked at my Jeep and told me my cooling fan was perfectly fine and fixed the small problem for such a good price. The best In Florida that I have ever experienced. This man went out of his way for me and my wife we were stranded we gave him a call and he found a tow truck for us at a great price brought the car to his home and he had our truck fixed the next day. There’s nothing better than a mechanic that can come to you when your car is not driving good. My mom’s car had really bad rotors and he was able to come and replace them the same day I called. Really genuine and affordable.

Horrible work he did, gives excuses after excuses that it’s one part then another. I do not recommend him. No matter if the shop charges a lot I rather pay a professional and have it done the right way. Plus Miguel isn’t communicative at all ever since he had my car he would communicate through text. Be more professional and update your clients on the work you are doing in there car.
