I bought a koblenz vacuum cleaner kept it for about 3 months and used it 2 times. I had to clean a very large commercial job in Atlanta. I took that vacuum and an old sanitare I have had for years. The bushings in the beater bar locked up . I used the sanitare with no problems on the same carpet. I went in and bought new bushings and back on the job the next day, once again the beater bar locked up even after cleaning the bar several times. I took the vacuum back and left it there telling them that it was a piece of garbage and left it there. I was expecting them to call and at least give me partial credit on the new sanitare I bought from them. To this day I haven’t heard from them. I will never buy there again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I tried 3 times to give this company my money. First I emailed through thier contact form via the website on 4 times I wanted via thier website. Since I needed them in a hurry for my business, I called Tues to see if I could get a quicker response. Called Tues morning and someone took my information and said someone in sales would call me back. Today (Friday) called again, spoke with someone new and she stated thier website isnt very up to date and the items I saw may not be available but requested the part numbers anyway. After being on hold for a while, I was told thier rep will have to reach out to me.Little frustrating to try and buy locally but hard when the customer service is poor. Ended up buying from Uline and Amazon.
