Aside from being within short walking distance of Gainesville High School, the atmosphere in this shop is so lovely and great for working. the staff is always kind and friendly, and the menu never disappoints! every option on the menu is wonderful and very enjoyable. a great option for a student like myself to do work while enjoying a great drink! i personally recommend the taro milk tea- it’s a great sweet drink!! the prices are also good for the quality of the drinks and service. the low prices and wonderful drinks and service, and a lovely atmosphere make this shop one of my favorites!

Boba is great. Customer service is trash. Why create a line by taking one order, 15 minutes to make it and then take another order and repeating the process.. instead of taking all the orders then making the drinks. Literally common sense. The employee didn’t greet anyone. Barely said two words and couldn’t help suggest a flavor

Myself nor my daughter has never tried Bobatea. When we walked in and we were never greeted, the guy working never said anything to us but the total for our drinks and “here are your drinks!” Our drinks are good. However, due to the poor customer service we won’t be going back. I had very high hopes for this place due to all the great reviews.

Got there around 11:45am on a Sunday and the doors were unlocked so I went in. Waited about 6 mins before a man came out from the back. He waved his hand around and hollered something and shook his head NO. Another customer walked in behind me and asked what he had said. All we could assume is (and realized it at the same time) they do not open until 12pm on Sundays. So he mustve been shooing us out. 🤷

Delicious! I got the lemon honey green tea with black bubbles (tapioca pearls).The container is really nice as well. The modern indoor seating and granite countertops are inviting, but I opted for the outdoor seating by an umbrella. One of the employees informed me they offer non-dairy milk alternatives in their milk tea, too.

Their Vietnamese coffee is utter perfection! Must try. Also, try the Bahn-Meee sandwich they carry for Swamp Boil. It. Is. Delicious.

What a pretty local. I got the lemon honey drink with aloe boba. It’s so refreshing. My gf got a sweeter drink and I’m usually turned off by sugar but these sweet boba tea was nicely and probably naturally sweetened. It tasted great! Totally recommend. What a nice atmosphere.

I took my daughter and nephew here for lunch. We got our standard boba order- lychee green tea, taro milk tea, and hazelnut iced coffee. All three were delicious. BC Bobas lychee green tea is superior in all ways to every other boba place in town, and Ill come back just for this drink. We also each ordered pork banh mi Saigon. My family are all Vietnamese food enthusiasts and have eaten banh mi all over the country, including Dong Phuong Oriental Bakery in New Orleans and the Asian Garden Mall in Anaheim, so I have a pretty high bar. The menu said it included pate, so I was pretty excited for a quality banh mi Saigon. Unfortunately, none of our banh mi included pate, mayonnaise or sliced chilis, only one had sriracha, and the only meat was cha lua. Now, I dont know if they serve a different product to Vietnamese customers and they gave use a simpler version because we are white (dont flinch, it happens). The bread was very good, the veggies were all good but it was missing some crucial elements. It was good but not great. I will definitely try this place again but next time Ill ask for a banh mi with *everything*.
