Nice staff, huge selection. Keep in mind if you buy a bed in a box here it may not have the same warranty that you get if you buy it directly from the manufacturer.

The Sleep Center located in the Butler Enterprises plaza was my last stop after a long day of visiting several local mattress stores. Let me just say that it was a relief to finally speak to a sales manager that genuinely knew what he was selling and not just regurgitating information found on the back of a box. Max was able to gain my trust and reassure me on exactly what I was getting while thoroughly answering any questions I had. His patience and friendly advise was very much appreciated.

I had an amazing shopping experience here. The service I received was awesome. The salesman displayed a thorough product knowledge. He was very patient, NO PRESSURE to buy, which is huge for me. Mattresses are big luxury and big investment, so it was nice to work with folks to get all the information I needed to make a good decision. I would recommend anyone to stop in amd talk with these people or even buy from these folks.

We bought a tempurpedic over a year ago and we love it! Max was our sales associate and he went above and beyond even after we bought the mattress. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this store!

I took my grandma here after getting ripped off by Ashley Furniture and the salesman/manager Max was extremely helpful. Even though she was not buying a mattress (she just wanted to try a few out) he was helpful from the beginning. We told him the awful experience from Ashley and he explained how their company operates which is comforting that here the customer actually matters and not just some number. Even though she didn’t purchase a mattress from this store, she really appreciated how honest Max was and that he was a straight shooter and she went back to purchase two box springs and a bed frame. Delivery was timely. We chose to wait a week so we could dispose of the old equipment and the delivery crew was prompt and well within their time frame they gave us. The delivery men for us on 3/25/19 we extremely nice and knowledgeable about their products. I had questions for them and they answered the best they could and were willing to give me the managers number to ask him directly. With managers so hands on that’s fantastic! This location is in a great location and has a wide selection of mattresses of all types and prices.

What an amazing store! I left a review a few weeks ago about how much we loved this store even though my husband and I wasnt able to get a bed. A few weeks later and we got our bed and we love this store even more now! They truly care about you, and their customer service is supreme! We will never buy another bed from any where else! We have worked with Max, Jeff, and Sam and all three of these guys gave us the same quality attention and help! Thank you sleep center! Also, we got a Stearns and Foster bed for such a great price! We are so excited to get some great sleep!

The sales associate was very helpful and informative but not pushy at all. The store was willing to match any better prices we found elsewhere, which we didnt. They also gave us $300 dollars in-store credit in addition to the mattress we purchased, and they are disposing of our old mattress for us. Very happy!

Shopped for mattresses for several weeks and I am very picky. You never get any customer service anywhere any more but this store is THE EXCEPTION!!!! I just happened to go into The Sleep Center on Archer Road. Max was super knowledgeable and friendly. Brent came in the store and also helped me!! I highly recommend Sleep Center! The manager Max is very knowledgeable, many high quality mattresses to choose from, delivery is fast and courteous, and prices are good. When my daughter decided the mattress I had picked was too firm, Sleep Center let us return it and pick out another with no questions asked. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The Best Customer Service!!! My 84 y/o mother had to unexpectedly move in with us and our current guest room mattress was too small and soft causing her to fall out of the bed. Max Buchannon directed us to the perfect product AND after hearing our plight, he arranged for same day delivery. AND not only same day delivery, it was delivered in less than 2 hours from the purchase. Sleep Center, you are amazing!

Max, the manager at The Sleep Center in Butler Plaza made buying a mattress set a pleasure . He was patient with my elderly mother and understood her specific needs. Our main concern was the height of the bed because my father is on a walker and has limited mobility. A bed either too high or too low could create a problem for him and he was unable to come shopping with us. When it came time for delivery, Max sent over 2 different height box springs so my parents could actually trying them out. The Delivery men were please to hang around and rearrange the bedding while we all figured out what was best. They then took the time to set the bed up and join the headboard and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. I would highly recommend dealing with this outstanding company.

Came in to look at some latex and they had some beds with a talalay comfort layer. Tried out some tempur-pedics and really enjoyed them. Great and helpful staff. Extremely nice and knowledgeable and didnt pressure me to buy.

ASTOUNDING customer service! Stellar price and quality! I bought a full size mattress set at the Archer rd, Gainesville, FL location in August of 2018. I had been to a local competitor earlier in the afternoon and the experiences were as night and day. Max Buchannon was everything one hopes for in customer service but rarely gets. He treated me and my bare budget with great respect and consideration. There was no pressure to spend more than I was able to. He pulled out a high quality mattress available at a clearance price for me, and made what had been turning into a hair-pulling bad day into a happy occasion. I am totally impressed by him and The Sleep Center.

We were thoroughly impressed with our mattress purchase experience at The Sleep Center. Initially, we entered the Sleep Center for a browse, but Sam (Archer Rd location) was so knowledgable, friendly, and straight forward that we were able to quickly pinpoint the type of mattress we needed. He even asked us to check out their other location (Magnolia Park) to test other models before making our purchase to ensure we were completely happy with our decision. Sam wasnt focused on his commission but rather client satisfaction.... this level of service is a rarity these days. Richard welcomed us to the Magnolia Park location and helped us the rest of the way. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted and even delivered the mattress the same day. We love our mattress and could not be happier. Eric Ligman

Walked in to buy a mattress, there were 3 sales people and one other customer in the store. my boyfriend and i walked around the entire store, we never even got a hello, how can i help you the entire time we were there. walked out. never going back.

Best mattress store in Gainesville!!! I went to mattress firm across the street prior and recieved awful service. I came here and was immediately greeted by Max. I have not made a purchase yet but my shopping experience was so great I had to write a review. I had no prior knowledge about matresses whatsoever. Max guided me through the process really focusing on what I wanted and what would be best for me. He gave me his undivided attention the entire time, even though I didnt even make a purchase. He is extremely educated about the products and is very personable. I highly highly recommend asking for Max if you go! I will definitely be back soon!

I am a student here in gainesville on a budget. So i was looking for something inexspensive yet quality, I ended up going to the butler plaza location and i loved it. Max was very helpful, he gave me a fair price at better quality than I could have found elsewhere. He provied me with a great full size matt and was able to get same day delivery for free.
