Highly recommend taking your products to Electronics World. Sent in my DJ controller that was not powering on due to water damage. Ryan was able to get it fixed in ample timing while charging me $200 dollars less than what was originally quoted. From the first impression it is evident this business is looking to promote dedicated and sincere service while building loyal relationships with customers.

I had a issue with two of my four cameras about 6 months into the one-year warranty. Electronics World particularly through Tom Collett and lead install tech Justin were I mean beyond great. Excellent Job on Cell Booster Selection and Install !Kudos to James in helping select a booster and Justin and AJ for a great install !The Electronics World team just solved a long running problem with my new house. It used to be that to make a cell call I had to stand in a particular spot on the porch and strike a Captain Morgan pose. No More !James did a great job researching the cell coverage around my house and helping me select an appropriate booster. Even with a top-of-the line booster, the coverage here was so weak that James couldn’t guarantee an improvement. Our service was so bad, I was willing to try.Justin and AJ diligently and patiently planned how to do the install to provide optimum service given my house’s unique construction. They also checked regularly with me to be sure of my requirements and to be sure the locations for the exterior antenna, booster, and inside antenna were good with me.I now can make cell calls from inside my house - something I’ve never been able to do before !Kudos to the Electronics World team for a job well done !I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

A combination of Technical expertise and Great customer attention have made our several experiences with Electronics World exceptional and positive. We bought our TV and Entertainment Center equipment, had it installed, and subsequent services by these folks; all done carefully and well. Highly recommend.

We called on a Sunday afternoon to upgrade our tv/sound, had an in-home consultation by Wednesday, and a crew at our house by Monday doing what they said they would do, within the time and price they quoted. No up-sells or double-talk, and the technician stayed well after-hours to explain every detail to myself and then my wife. I wont bother shopping around the next time I need help. This is the place to go.

I just moved into a new home and wanted the full entertainment package. Electronics World head man Mark, walked me thru all the choices and price points, he even steered me to more inexpensive options where it made more sense. They were able to accommodate my timeframe to get everything installed before the movers came. The installs are nearly invisible in the ceiling and wall, everything looks fantastic. They even responded super fast to my brain not understanding how to work the remote and got me straighten out. This is the second time I have gone to EW for a major purchase and both times the experience has been very positive, highly recommend EW over any of the box stores.

Mark came out and took a look at our existing 2004 system that had a bunch of wires that we had no idea what they went to or how to hook them up. We had speakers in multiple rooms, multiple components, and it had to be at least 14 different speaker wires that all had to be hooked up into plugs in the wall. We inherited the existing system when we moved into the house and hoped that they could get it up and running for us. We purchased a new TV from some big box store and they couldn’t hook up the surround sound or any of the audio components. Mark arrived on time and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. The two technicians showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional and respected our house. They figured everything out, tested it, and then showed this technology challenged person how to operate everything. We could not be more pleased. Very knowledgable technicians and extremely patient. Cannot say enough good things.

Justin just installed by new hydraulic TV bracket. Now I can pull the TV forward 1 1/2 feet from the wall above the fireplace and push it down 2 feet. Very cool. Then he configured and streamlined my system which includes Fire TV, Apple, DVD and Cox. I could not be happier.

I recently was referred to Electronics World, by Sony, for a warranty repair. The part was sent to them from Sony and I received a call from Ryan the day the part arrived and he scheduled a repair visit for the next day. He also called the day after the repair to follow up. Ryan and his coworker did a great job.

Excellent work! Two very nice guys installed a wall mount with a 55-inch tv and wired through the wall so nothing shows. We got a great power surge protector and all upgraded cables for 4K TV. Fully articulating mount makes it so nice for viewing in the family room or the kitchen. We received a lifetime guarantee on parts and 1 year guarantee on workmanship. Chance helped us pick the right projector for our churchs auditorium. He worked to stay within our budget, telling me the pros and cons of different price points. I just replaced a five-year old Mitsubishi flat-screen TV that I bought from Electronics World with a new Sony, also from Electronics World. When my Mitsubishi died, the guy from Electronics World came out the same day we called and diagnosed the problem. I wound up with the Sony, which we love, and the install looks and sounds fantastic. No wires showing anywhere, and the installers took extra time to make sure it was angled just right. I recommend Electronics World without reservation.

I first stopped into Electronics World looking for a TV and the first impression I got was These people know their stuff! I am not an electronics guru but I do know more than most, and have always done my homework before buying. I ended up buying a Sony TV and I have been more than happy with it for over a year now. I recently went back to look for a Home Theater system and once again they did not steer me wrong. I gave them my budget and what I wanted was about $200 over my budget. They showed me a Marantz Receiver using Polk Audio 5.1 speakers. These are not only well known but award winning manufactures of high end audio/video devices. The owner himself looked over what I was getting and cut the price down below even the $200 to make sure the tax would fit. I ended up going back within 2 weeks of buying my new Home Theater System to order a blue-tooth accessory. They didnt have it in stock but said they would call when it came in. A week later I get a call, once again from the owner, apologizing for the delay and to let me know the accessory was back ordered, he had even attempted to buy one from a competitor to fulfill my order. This just shows how they go above and beyond to make their customers happy! Try finding that at a Box Store or some random online site.

Install crew did a great job addressing our concerns and needs prior to and during the install. Most striking was I could tell Mark wanted to earn my business. He could have had his staff take care of me and I know they would have done a great job. However, he personally worked with me the entire time even though I had a relatively basic installation. Thats customer service!

These guys sell equipment for your stereo that you cant find in the box stores. That is because they sell the quality stuff. Even though, I am not a high dollar customer they have always treated me like I am. I was in embarrassed at first to explain what I wanted to do to upgrade my home theater. I thought I might be laughed at with the equipment I currently owned. They work with me and step by step, with EWs help, I am building a system beyond my dreams. These guys have a ton of answers and are not afraid to say I dont know and find the answer for you. If you are looking for the box store special, this is not the place. If you are looking to be treated like a king and get equipment that will make your mouth drop, then this is the place! (They will work with any budget) I am a customer for life and for any of the negative reviews I read about these guys, I dont believe a single word of it. I drive over an hour to see these guys and never complain about the trip because I know the quality of service is amazing. Thank you guys!

Have used EW twice now (2016, 2019) for a TV/sound bar install over my fireplace and again for an upgrade over the fireplace. Both times Justin and crew have been fantastic on the install, and Mark the owner is always available direct for any questions or concerns.

From first meeting with their design staff and until completion of the project we are very impressed with Electronics World. They made recommendations throughout the process and stayed within our budget. Their technicians kept all the wires hidden and we couldnt be happier with the great 4k picture and easy to hear surround sound. This isnt really a store, thats misleading, its a interior design firm for electronics that installs and repairs.

I spoke with the Mark on Wednesday and told him about an experience I had with another TV repair company here in Gainesville and he assure me that my experience with his company wouod be completely different and that they could fix my TV in my home. It is a 67inch TV so it was better to have someone come and check it out. Mark told me the repairman Ryan would call me before coming to my house which he did and when Ryan arrived he was very knowledgable about my TV and he found the problem immediately. He has my TV running now but has explained that the problem will probably reoccur and I will need to have it repaired at sometime in the future but I was very pleased that I called Electronics World and that I spoke with Mark and he sent Ryan out to the house. I will tell everyone about this company for servicing TV and other electronic needs. Thanks for your assistance and know that I will always give your company excellent reviews.

Electronics world did a super job of mounting our existing TV above the fireplace. I stopped in to the shop recently and was greeted by Mark. Mark explained the process thoroughly and what would be required to mount the tv about our fireplace. He recommended a site visit so his install team could come out and develop an plan ahead of time. They came out not just once, but twice to make sure that they were prepared and ready to go on install day. The tv installation was a super smooth process with no unexpected complications. They came in at the lower range of their install labor estimate and my tv and new soundbar look fabulous and sound great.

Not helpful with defective equipment. Arrogant staff. Have found other companies locally who stand behind the products that they sell.

This is my third service call in 6 or so years for my DLP tv, bought elsewhere. Response from Electronics World has always been fast, accurate and reasonable. Today Ryan DaRoza came out to replace my lamp and we just clicked. He scheduled the appointment at my convenience, then arrived on time. As ive come to expect from Electronics World the mission was completed quickly and correctly. Ryan was polite and respectful and also patiently answered all my questions. I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would not hesitate to continue using Electronics World in future for my tv maintenance. And i plan to request that Ryan come out after the holidays to unravel and simplify my elctronics wiring. Always a plus, it is locally owned.

First of all i cant type so please bear with me! i wish i didnt have to even give them a star! i give them zero stars! these guys are horrible. i had them work on my tv it was a mitsubishi and they claim to be a sevicer of mitsubishi! i had them come out and look at it. my tv had a problem with the inputs and would get picture on only a few inputs so it was still a working tv some what. when the repair guy came out he said O yeah i can fix this no problem and i was told it was their best tech! it was just a coolant leak on one of the boards he took the board out and said it will take a few days to get it done. well 3 weeks later he got it back to us. i dont know what he did to it but the tv didnt even work at all now so he took a semi working tv and destroyed it. then he took everything out of the tv with him and said it will take about a week or so. now 2 weeks had past and i was not happy about it they dont call and tell you whats going on with it so i called them and they told me that the main video chip was burnt up and they werent looking for the parts anymore for it so i looked for the parts myself and found quite a few good boards for them to use but they would never even get off their butts and do anything. so it has been about 6 months since that happend and over the course of that 6 months i called and called and called and for the heck of it i called some more. i had hit my point of screw this crap and i got another tv and they still have my parts for the tv and havent called about it at all. the tv was thrown out about a month ago so if you dont want the hassle of their lazy customer service dont ever use them! and if the manager wants to comment on this feel free because you know what you guys have done is wrong i had to call your freaking store and repairman so much they are programed in my phone! i want my money back! and thats the only way you can mend this or stop ripping people off! your store is a joke and hope wish you poor buisness as long as you are open and i will tell every person i know to steer away from your buisness.
