We have a challenging, steep driveway in the mountains. The driver from ASG who delivered the dumpster — Flavio — was unbelievably friendly and professional. Despite the challenge the driveway posed, he cheerfully got to work and set the dumpster down precisely where we wanted it. And then he refused a tip. Really impressive driver.One note: we arranged through a third party for the dumpster to be delivered. Our ignorance and mistake — THAT company was a nightmare. We will book directly through ASG next time.

Horrible company and owner to work for. My brother worked years for this company and the owner constantly interfered in his personal life and meddled in his business. Serious lack of professionalism and judgement. Plenty of other companies in the area that provide the same services. Consider looking elsewhere.

Called to check pricing for a roll-off container rental. They had the best prices in town and very friendly on the phone.

Horrible company, never show up to pick up container then try to charge you by making you sign another contract after receiving the roll off.I also did work for them 4 months ago and was told to send invoice and still never got paid. If they get your card info watch out they just run it whenever. Very Dissatisfied

Great company an business

This was the first time we have rented a dumpster. I requested a quote online and ASG provided a quote within an hour! The price was reasonable and they even offered to deliver the dumpster the same day! I would highly recommend ASG for your roll-off container (dumpster) needs.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible!! Dropping off my container, their driver hit my vehicle. Called the company to take care of it, and the owner told me to get an estimate of the damage done to my car. So, the next day while getting the estimate, he had the container picked up from my house, which I was NOT done using yet. Not only did he charge my for the container, but now he fails to respond to the damages to my vehicle. Im having to sue him now in small claims court since he wont respond to me at all. This guy is completely unethical and unprofessional!! I hope this review helps and prevents others from having any similar situations or experiences! And after looking at some more reviews, I see that I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with this guy!!

Would not come pickup dumpster after the roofing job was completed at my home. It stayed 3 extra days blocking my driveway. They also would not answer phone.

They were able to accomodate a special request to pick up our dumpster on the same day it was delivered because the HOA did not allow dumpsters to be left overnight on the street.All their drivers we have encountered have been extremely skilled, placing the dumpster where we want it. I had a load of dirt delivered to my house. They dumped it in the wrong place--in the middle of nice, green grass and in FRONT of the new retaining wall that had just been built rather than BEHIND it. Who does that? They refused to come out and move it and wanted to blame me for their mistake.

A predatory company that should stick to big profit pair pa taxpayer jobs. I have 15 acres in Gillsville and Neals crew destroyed a good chunk of it when all I asked for was a lot cleared and drive ways cut. They didnt follow the marked paths of the driveway, they pulled acres of trees when I wasnt on-site that I didnt ask to be pulled, and sent me an operator that just started. When I asked Neal to help, he made promises for two free days on a dozer and personal help ... Once he had the check, he ditched me. The road still isnt driveable ... Roots coming up through the road, trash and debris all over my mountain ... And they call it their professional finished product.

I had the same thing happen as the other guy. Debris from his truck hit my windshield and cracked it. Called him to get it settled, but he refused. Filed a police report, but he still neglects to give me the insurance info. About to open a claims court case.

Worst company if you are looking for a dumpster employees are rude and the service is terrible dumpster was three days late i called everyday and they said it would be there that day and then when we scheduled pickup we specifically told them to pickup after twelve because my family was up late they got here at 8 am and woke my whole family up beating on the door to have us move one of our vehicles i highly recommended finding a different company for your dumpster needs
