I love the staff at Sanders Jewelers. They helped my husband and I design an upgraded three table engagement ring. I searched the four corners of the internet for what I wanted but could not find it. I knew I would have to design something custom. Who else would I select to design my ring but one of only 3 master jewelers in the State of Florida. I was nervous about ordering the ring without seeing it first. Needless to say Rick and his team have developed an amazing process where they sketch the ring by hand, draw it in 3D AutoCAD, print it in 3D wax, and then finally build the ring. I could see the proportions, size, and details every step of the way. The staff guided us through stone selections - all of which were top notch. They advised ways we could save money and improved on our ideas at every step. Needless to say when we picked up the ring it was more gorgeous than we could have ever imagined. We couldnt be happier. Rick will design and build all our custom jewelry from here out. They truly care about the service and product they produce and will not stop until you are happy. Great team!

I purchased a vintage ring from a jeweler in Portland, Oregon, and the ring came with paperwork (from a reputable gem lab) attesting to the stones various qualities. When my fiancee took it in to Rick to be sized, he examined the stone and suggested that it might be synthetic. Sure enough, it was! For the next six weeks, Rick patiently acted as our local gem-guru, as the remote jewelry sent stone after stone as possible replacements. At ANY point, Rick could have steered us towards buying something from him (particularly as our frustration with the remote jewelry grew), but he didnt. Rick showed us consistent kindness and patience, answering emails, text messages, phone calls, and giving us his time --free of charge!-- looking at the candidate replacement stones and educating us on sapphires. In the end, I asked Rick if *he* could find potential replacement stones. He did, within about two days. He set the stone (fixing the head of the setting and sizing the ring, too) for free, just in time to be used in our ceremony.Frankly, I cant praise Rick and his assistants enough. They are all professional, kind, knowledgable and friendly to a fault. He has gained our respect, appreciation, and our business for as long as his store is open.

Heres why: My gf wanted a very unique cut center stone for her engagement ring, and Rick looked long and hard before realizing having a stone cut would our best option. He sent off one of his own smaller diamonds to be cut (at no charge to me) to ensure that his cutter could cut it exactly the way we wanted it. After viewing how well the small stone was cut, I purchased a diamond from Rick and it was sent to be cut. Some were helpful, others were downright awful in terms of customer service and helping me find the right engagement ring.The moment I walked into Sanders, it was clear that was where Id be buying from. I was able to work personally with Rick, the owner, and he was a God-send. I was able to pick out the unique style of ring I was looking for, and Rick was awesome helping get the custom order in quickly (I was on a short turnaround). The time he spent with me and the care with which he dealt with me were unparalleled. Extremely professional with an undeniably personal touch.Unexpectedly, my girlfriend of 2.5 years broke things off shortly after I had ordered the ring. Rick, once again, was a life-saver. He was able to help me get back almost all of what I paid for the ring, despite there being nothing in it financially for him. He did it all with a smile and the same personal touch that he and every member of his staff seemed to make a priority.I wont be buying jewelry anywhere but Sanders in the future. What prompted my decision is not only the high quality of the diamond and the design, but also most importantly the quality of the service I received at Sanders Jewelers. Leah is always super nice every time I go. She was so patient with me so that I can find that ideal ring. Rick is very welcoming guy and a true craftsman. He even gave me a tour of the workshop where he customizes some of the ring designs. It was a great experience. I would definitely go back.

Most jewelers are just salesmen. They dont create the jewelry. They cant custom design it. They have to send your rings out to some stranger to be rhodium plated. They have to wait until Thursday to repair your jewelry because thats when the real jeweler comes by.But Rick is a REAL JEWELER! He does all of that in-house! He has our business for life.

Sanders is fabulous. I took my great-grandmothers engagement ring there (art deco diamond and sapphires, ca 1905) to be refurbished and they did an amazing job. It was missing a stone and the platinum inlay and filigree was really worn down but now it looks brand new. Rick is a true artist and craftsman who brought back the engraving and the shine of the ring -- all for a very reasonable price (and to be honest, with a ring like this its worth paying more for such great work). I have worried for years where to take it and I am so glad I decided on Sanders. I cant stop looking at it! Thank you so much, Rick and Miriam.

Everyone at Sanders has been both extremely helpful and extremely friendly. My husband bought my engagement ring there and we went back for our wedding bands. We have both been blown away by how amazing everyone is.I lost one of the stones in my engagement ring and I had never been in the store before. I expected a hassle to get it fixed and had the exact opposite experience. When I took off my ring and handed it over they immediately knew who I was by looking at it, they remembered my now husband and were even able to tell me about our engagement story (again, my first time in the store).
