Tried the mocha foray today, very nice! I prefer the mocha frappe at McDonalds to the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino so Opuss mocha foray was yummy.

Coffee was ok, but tables were filthy. I asked for them to be cleaned. Someone came out, but seemed upset I asked. Cleaned two tables, but others were left unclean. Two people had to go outside to have their drinks as a result. Didn’t use any type of sanitizer .. appeared to be a wet rag. Food and debris on floors. Uncomfortable during a pandemic. :( Disappointing considering it is in Shands.

The pastries and drinks are good, but they’ve gotten my drink order wrong so many times that I sometimes just want to stop coming here.

Good products but prices too high on everything.

Absolutely lousy service. Had to wait 15 minutes for my drink as they served people that got in line way after I did. I will not be going back

They need to educate the staff or hire more friendly employees. I came to the counter and looked around at the menu board from afar and the young lady pictured gave me a look of disgust and as if I was some poor peddler. Well when I asked her a question she looked at me with an attitude ( The kind someone gives you if they don’t think you can afford what’s being sold). I asked her was she ok and why the attitude. Moving forward… I noticed their was an option for tea. I asked the same young lady the MG level of the black teas with caffeine ( avg. can range from mild to high :10,20,30,40 etc) She did not know the answer and asked the lady working with her both looked like they were a deer in headlights. So I just thru a totally off based number out there and she went with it. WOW!! Really??!!Almost every company that sells tea has a chart mild, moderate, high and has the information of caffeine levels posted somewhere.So what if someone can only have a certain MG of caffeine? You would think a hospital would have this information posted somewhere. No where to be found and the two working? They really love their job or making fun of customers. Unbeknownst to them, the young lady that came behind me in line was my aunt and heard them murmuring negative antics about me asking questions.Learn to treat your customers with a little more respect. After all : WE ARE PAYING YOUR BILLS BY PURCHASING ITEMS!! Anyone visiting this location? Beware of the actions of asking questions. As a business owner, I would never have disrespectful employees working for me! ESPECIALLY IN A HOSPITAL when you don’t know what the hell the other person is dealing with! Kind words and a smile works wonders. Oh yea and they casually make coffee and tea. They were moving like snails and showed they didn’t care. Just here for a paycheck attitude

Their white mocha is really good! While chocolate mocha is my favorite drink at Starbucks but Opus beats it for me!

I live in Raleigh, NC and have been a remote customer for about 4 years now. I love the quality of the coffee beans and the variety. Delivery is quick and I am always a satisfied customer.

Coffee is very good but service mediocre. The shop was not busy. We ordered a croissant and asked for it to be sliced to share. The barista asked if she could put it on a bag as they didnt have clean plates. I asked ifshe could wash a plate rather than toss more paper in the garbage. She did but should not have needed prompting. Croissant was from Upper Crust and excellent.

Excellent coffee and reasonable prices! so glad there is a sbucks alternative! I only wish there was a freestanding Opus in town I would go there even when I am not working.

I work in the COM and barely cannot get a day by without going down for a treat and chai tea! Love this place.

Went to Opus today looking forward to some over priced pastries and coffee and they were closed for some reason. So other than the random unreliable hours and prices this place is excellent.
