This is the shirt I received from this company. My name is entirely too small. It doesnt balance out. Not to mention when I came into the store and spent almost $300 on merchandise Theresa waits until I leave and googled the Business name and called the phone number and leaves a message that shes calling to verify if I had authority to have shirts made because she had some concerns. Well Im the owner and I just so happen to. Once I saw the shirts Theresa says I told them to use the same size. I never once had a conversation about font size. I dont do embroidery work. I would think thats when common sense kicks in.

These people do great work at fair prices. They do all my promotional items and embroidery for our business. They have always provided great customer service even when things don’t go as planned.Thank youBrad Buchholz

Went to get my hospital issued jacket embroidered and they spelled my name wrong. It was spelled correctly on the order form but nobody bothered to double check before embroidering it. Now they ruined the jacket and have to buy a new one and restitch it. Who knows how long that will take. I’ve never had any issues with them before but this experience has been a nightmare.

Quite frankly, the customer service has been good! However, the turn around time for embroidery takes a long time 7-10 business days.. why? Not to mention if you order scrubs from them it takes 10-14 days just so that you can pick them up (which by the way I am not a fan of one of the brands they carry “Landau”, they just fit too bulky personally). There is not a lot of urgency when ordering from them and I am wondering if there is a new system they can perhaps obtain.. Apart from that, the owner is nice and she worked with me on a different occasion.. I just don’t like the long turn around time.

Art and Theresa and their team have been AMAZING to deal with. Quality stitching, great products, and wonderful service. We use them for The Masters Lawn Care hats, polos, jackets, and so much more. We wouldnt want to deal with anyone else!

We have been using Logokick for several years. Customer service and quality of work has never been an issue. We have several different types of apparel embroidered and they have always come out the way we expected. Delivery of our items have usually been sooner than they projected. Pros: Nice staffCons: Overpriced and very little merchandised in stock, despite their huge selection hanging on the racks (they told me I need to pick out what I want and they will order it). Three weeks ago, I sent my spouse in to buy plain scrubs for me from the miniscule selection they had in stock. They would let her pay for them, but they wouldnt let her bring them home. I had to come in and personally pick them up. FOR PLAIN GENERIC SCRUBS WITH NO EMBROIDERY!!!

Joan did a fabulous job embroidering a poem in BRAILLE! It was part of an tactile art painting for the Harn Museum Art Access, Everything that I have had embroidered has been just wonderfully done and on time.

This place is ridiculous. I turned my husbands scrub top for logo embroidery. I paid for it with MY debit card under MY name. When it was time to pick it up, I made a special trip there to do so only for them to tell me I couldnt pick it up unless I worked for NFR. REALLY???? Im the one who paid for it and turned it in yet I cant pick it up??? I have the receipt and the debit card I used...makes no sense. Needless to say I wasted a trip and hope to never have to use this company again. Awful customer service!

Called about seeing in they could embroider something and the woman who answered was extremely rude about a simple question. Taking business elsewhere.
