The place had some nice clothes, but the size options werent very accommodating for people who arent super skinny :(

Beautiful store with cute clothing

I have only gone in for online returns and the staff has been nice and helpful. The clothes sizing is a bit odd but that is my fault for not checking the measurements. I usually buy the same size but sometimes it can be too big which is why I have to go in for returns.

Absolutely horrendous. They fired a girl for having self harm scars.

Dress Up has been my favorite boutique to shop at for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience here at the Gainesville Dress Up location - the girls are always so friendly and helpful! I just wish it was easier to find a good parking spot on the Square 😅

The prices in this store are not bad at all. The customer service could improve a lot though. No one said anything to me for the 45 minutes I was there.

If I could give a negative review I would. This company does not uphold their standards to customers. I sent in an email to the owners wanting clarification on some things and they have yet to respond. They will not receive any more business from me and I’ve been shopping with them for years

I was frantically searching for outfits to wear for engagement pictures. The staff at Dress Up in Gainesville were welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I walked out feeling excited knowing how cute the outfits were and they made sure I was pleased. Great store, lots of cute pieces, and wonderful staff!!!

This store has many unique dress styles at reasonable prices. The styles are sometimes a bit for old ladies, but most of the time they will have really cute options, and the staff are incredibly helpful and sweet.
