If you dont mind waiting for hours, and need to practice your parking skills, then welcome. Otherwise stay as far away as possible. No overnight parking, 2 portable toilets outside building. Lying loading broker will tell you that they will load you when you get there, without appointment you will not be loaded.

This place sux! There is no order in the way that they get you into a door, and they take what seems like forever to get you loaded.

They didnt take long to unload me, but can not park there overnight.

Pull in, back to the right side of the lot. Go in and they will come and tell you which door. Back in and the foreman will come and lock your air lines then come back when done.No problems and the office girls are very nice unless you go in with an attitude then you are on your own and good luck if you go in with a Billy Big Rigger attitude!

Very small, packed with trucks waiting to be loaded and dont have the space for it.it took 6hrs for me to get loaded.

They actually get you out pretty quickly if you are picking up a load. Also if you are early and they can squeeze you in before your appointment they will try their best.

If you dont mind working alone, with no help or supervisor for several hours, this is the place for you. I have been working for 4 months without any access to PDF files on equipment, and left alone for 2 months without help or supervision. I have been approached about policy yet, upper management doesnt ahear too it. I have left the company due to my safety and the benefits of my family. I would recommend no one apply with this company or deal with there idea of procedure. My advice STAY AWAY !!!!

If your an early delivery, have patience. There is limited room getting in place. Ok on getting you unloaded.

They dont have enough parking lot and also the address is in two different locations so you need to figure out first my dispatched gave me 14405 Artesia Blvd in Gainesville GA but google even recognize this adress and I search the company name here in Gainesville and I get 1165 Palmour Dr when I went there they said if I picking up a load for Office Depot I have to go to 2420 W Park Dr other location which is 5 miles away ..... when I got here it was 3pm waiting to get duck 2:30 (2 hours and 30 minutes ) but they loading fast

Theres no overnight parking. Plus they were busy and it took him awhile to get to me.

Total chaos...not enough parking for scheduled pick ups...they need a bigger facility if they continue to have that many trucks waiting to be loaded...and NO rest rooms for drivers...Very Nice Not

All Shasta companies are very very slow. From where did they find workers ?! From lazy island ?! Just be ready to sleep at the dock couple hours.

Park to the right...check in..then to a door when ready.
