Repairing my 30 year old washers in the shower faucet was simple thanks to these gentlemen. I went straight to the counter and asked if they could help find replacement parts and the gentleman knew right away what the washers were from and where to find them in the store.The place is clean and though small it packs a lot. There was plenty of parking up front and its less than 15 feet to the front door.Thanks Ferguson for making my home plumbing jobs easier.

Unbelievably excellent experience! Needed parts for discontinued Kohler toilet - universal repair parts did not work. The found the correct flush valve kit, which fit perfectly. Diagram included the tank-to-bowl gasket but did not show mounting bolts, so I suggested ordering those just to be sure. Jake offered to phone Kohler when they opened and then called me back to say I didnt need to order the bolts. Ordered Friday and parts arrived Monday! Best plumbing experience ever!

Buyer Beware.I bought one of the more expensive shower valves that this company sells. I just sent it back for the third time under warranty in less than one year. Each time it takes ten days to get the replacement part. If I bought this valve from Lowes or Home Depot they would take the return, but Fergusons leaves it up to Delta, who wont take the return or let us switch to a valve that doesnt break every three months. They just want to send replacement parts. I went to Fergusons because they are supposedly a cut above, but I wont buy from them again.
