I called to see how long it may take to get a simple tire patch because Tires Plus down the street quoted me at a 3+ hour wait!After calling for an estimated walk-in wait time, I arrived and was in and out within an hour. I also spoke to my auto tech who greeted me with a smile and well wishes on my way out. Great job team at Auto ER. I will be back.

Great and honest place to get vehicle maintenance. Family has been coming here for a very long time and we wont trust our vehicles with anyone else. Love their lobby its big and open and complimentary snacks. I hadn’t used Auto ER in the past. They are a contracted repair body shop and I was referred to them by my auto insurance company. They repaired the dent on the corner of my van beautifully and even fixed a broken piece of a door near the repair spot. They kept me informed and the repair was completed when they said it would be.I was informed they are a full-service shop. My oil needed to be changed as well as air and fuel filters. I had to take my van back to them to charge my battery so I gave them a try to change the oil and do the filter replacements. While my van was there, the shop gave me a list of future recommendations with pictures and a rating as to how urgent items needed and not needed to be repaired or replaced. I LOVE the communication! It is so comprehensive, builds trust and is great communication for me as a customer. I really understood and felt confident of what needed to be done now, soon and in the future. This makes me aware of my vehicle’s needs and allows me to plan for future travel and budget.Their customer service is excellent as well. Everyone I spoke with was respectful, helpful and willing to accommodate me in every way. Thanks and great job Auto ER!

I have been going to Auto-ER on 6th St. for years to service my (now) 22 year old vehicle. They have always treated me fairly, with good prices on parts and labor, and excellent customer service. Dustin has been especially helpful. I was there today for a couple of problems (one requiring a lot of ingenuity because of an obsolete part) and both problems were resolved without charge. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for car care.

Worst experience ever. My fiancé brought my vehicle in because my battery light was coming on. He asked them to do two things, find out why the battery light was coming on and do an oil change.He was there for 8 hours while they worked on my vehicle, spent his entire day off there. The manager, Steven, kept telling him the vehicle would be ready soon. $800 and 8 hours later, Steven says he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. The vehicle was now overheating (never did that before) and shutting off.I came into the shop and spoke to Steven and requested to have my vehicle towed to the Jeep dealership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. These people do not know what they are doing. Jeep fixed my vehicle in a couple of weeks for $500 more.I spoke to Steven again about working on the price for me, he refused to do anything. Steven claimed they fixed the problem. In reality, they made my vehicle worse and it had to get towed elsewhere to be fixed.I will never return and I will never recommend this place. The manager couldn’t even tell me if the oil change had been done on my Jeep. I asked for them to do two things and ended up with a laundry list of problems. Never again.

My truck was overheating so I had to go somewhere immediately late one afternoon. They were very accommodating. The manager, Dustin, was very helpful and kept me informed each step of the way. They ended up keeping the truck overnight, but Dustin personally gave me a ride home. Great service.

Auto ER is absolutely the best!. I had a flat tire and needed to get to the Orlando airport. Jesse and Eddie had a new tire on my car very fast. My spare and everything put away very neatly and I was on my way in no time flat. It is always a pleasure to do business here.

Hands down best mechanic Ive ever been to. Daniel the manager is the best, definitely needs 2 raises for his excellent work. If I still worked out of my field I might even have applied to work there thats how good the work atmosphere was. The reason I went in is the mechanic I was using pretty much refused to check my wheel assembly for damages. So I take it to Auto ER and they diagnosed the problem being a bent control arm within 2 hours and fix it the same day even though the part was in ocala. Good price, fast service, friendly staff.

Josh was fantastic in dealing with my wifes SUV and my truck. They did a full service and also checked the brakes, tires, belts, and made us aware that everything was looking good. Thanks Josh!

Dustin was great to work with. He is an exceptional speaker and was articulate in how he explained the car issues to me.The first time I called, they fit me in to their schedule within 2 hours! They could not find the issue on the first day but did not charge me anything. The second time I came they found the problem right away, ordered the part, and fixed the truck same day. They provided travel to and from my house, and the driver was very nice.Interior of the store was clean. They provide free snacks and drinks. Nice little waiting area with a tv.All around great experience. Will definitely be back.

I have used this company in the past, so when a rock the size of my fist punctured my tire near the shop, I was comfortable taking my truck to them. They got me right in, even though all bays were full and charged a fair price for the tire.I definitely recommend Auto ER if you have tire service needs. I havent used their mechanical repair services, so I cant really speak to that.

Called from 1000 miles away to have the shop inspect a vehicle to be purchased. The staff were able to get us in same day and reported back with extreme detail the condition and any concerns they had!! Excellent service, very professional and polite!

Ive been taking my car to Gainesville Tire for years. Every time Im in there, Ive noticed they know a lot of their customers by name. I love the fact that they are family owned and operated because Ive been taken advantage of at some of the chain stores that work off of commission. They have always been honest and up front with me here. Highly recommend!!!

Quick, friendly, and helpful staff. Couldnt fix my tire, but went ahead a swapped for the spare and checked and adjusted air pressure on all tires and since it wasnt repaired the charged me nothing. Thats above and beyond.

Lisa the receptionist was very nice and professional from the moment I got a quote on the phone for my 4 tires, to the moment I left the shop! They gave me the best deal in town for my tires too. The waiting room has been one of the best that I have ever been too. I usually do my business with Tire Kingdom since they have multiple locations, but they will definitely have my business when Im staying in GNV. Highly recommend them!

Until they came under new management, they were awesome! They were honest. Now, under the new management, they say they have fixed a problem after fixing 4 other things (that end up not needing to be fixed) and still havent fixed the problem you brought your car in for. Then have the nerve to tell you to bring it back in. After having dealt with all of that, several bolts are missing from our AC compressor. We have no proof that it was done there but the whole situation is shady. The compressor was on its side and actually cut 2 fan belts leaving us stranded on the highway.
