Friendly and very courteous service. On time appointments. Ive been using them for years. The Manager and his team are GREAT.

The staff are consistently respectful, courteous, and diligent. I feel safer taking my vehicle to Town Tire at Tower Square than I ever have in the past with other service providers. They also are kind enough to give a lift to your office while you leave your car with them, and go out of their way to service thoroughly and diligently. When I let them know that Im going out of town on a road trip, I feel confident that theyve done right by me and taken care to check out my car thoroughly and inform me of any possible issues. Bonus, theyre within walking distance of my home!

Ive been a customer here for years. They offer great service and you can tell they really care about you and your car. Theyve given me great advice on what to do with my vehicle, even if it was not in their best interest. I really appreciated their honesty and do not plan on going elsewhere.

I needed my headlights aligned as I was going out of town. They were able to fit me in without an appointment, and the wait time was very small. The Customer Service at this location is extraordinary from the front counter to the mechanics. This is my second experience with then and I will definitely be using them in the future!!!!!

Ive now been to Town Tire Pros (the Towersquare location) twice in the past week (for two separate jobs), and I fully intend to return for all my future maintenance/repair needs. These folks do excellent work at a reasonable price, and the employees Ive dealt with so far (Patricia, Mark, Kevin, Joel) are all impressively sharp folks: theyre knowledgeable and professional, and also courteous and cheerful. (The waiting area is pleasant and clean too, and their coffee is great, to boot!) Thank you!

Fantastic customer service. Marty (manager) was very helpful and polite. Called on a Tuesday and they had to order tires for my truck from the warehouse. Got a call Thursday morning that they could see me that day. Everything was done in an hour and a half. Great service.

My battery decided to fail on a Saturday @ 3pm. I was able to jump start my Volkswagen and arrived at Town Tire on Archer Rd about 30 mins before they closed. No problem! Patty jumped in and got my car in the shop and I was out of there in 20 mins. Town Tire has taken care of our cars for well over 40 years and they have always provided great work and great prices all with a smile and a thank you! Keep up the awesome service.

They wouldnt give me a quote over the phone even though I had exact parts and what I needed done, which was just brake pads and rotors. Every other mechanic I call they give me exact quote. Oh well.

Dropped my car off on way home from work which needed two new front tires. Replaced them in less time than it took me to eat a subway sandwich. Always do a great job. Very professional & courteous.

Recently purchased a new set of Michelins for my Cadillac. Checked around and found the prices at Town Tire to be very competitive. The staff was very friendly and the work was done in a timely manner.

I want to write a good review, because these people are very nice, their customer service is friendly and the store is clean and inviting. But Ive had 2 bad experiences there recently. When my car would not start and it wasnt the battery, I had AAA tow it to town tire. They replaced the starter for just over $400. Two weeks later the car wouldnt start. Happily I was in walking distance of the store so I went there, a few mechanics walked back with me, jiggled something and it worked, said it was a bad connection. Another week later it would not start AGAIN. Same thing, this time they said someone (someone? it was these 2 working on my car) did not set up some kind of arm or holder, whatever. They did it and everything has been fine. But their carelessness stranded me twice. Then, I referred my daughter to them when she needed a brake job. She doesnt have two dimes to rub together and told them she needed the least expensive safe job they could do. They told her she needed not just brakes but calipers replaced. I had her get a second opinion, and she got the brakes repaired elsewhere, and it turns out the calipers were fine, we saw them. So I dont know, maybe the guy had a boat payment due (as Click and Clack are wont to say).

I understand that this might involve a common industry mistake but my experience at town tire was terrible.My A/C gave out and was not pushing out cold air. I took my vehicle in to town tire and they told me that it needed an entire new compressor unit installed. This was going to cost over $1,000. That’s an exorbitant amount of money that was going to be a pain to sink into my car.In order to double check the bid I went to another locally owned mechanics shop. At that place of business I was told they could replace a single part of the unit which only cost $200.Now a month later my A/C is working well and for $800 less because I went through my due diligence when looking at what shop to do business with.I’m unsure if Town Tire was trying to rip my off or if they just don’t have the best mechanics in town but I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Use to work for town tire, had an elderly lady come in to change her battery the mechanic at the time hooked the battery up backwards. After a few days the same lady came in and was having issues with her car, the store manager at the time (Mark Walters) wanted to charge her full price to replace her alternator (Parts+labor), the only reason that lady left that day without a $300 bill was because i told him it wasnt right. This place is out for money also they dont care much about employees who actually care about the customer, sad a hometown place has forgotten how they have been in business so long. Customers!!

Friendly employees however they were unable to provide any discount to match online tire prices (even after factoring in shipping). Even meeting halfway would have been appreciated.

One hour and 15 minutes for oil change, with appointment. Tv in waiting room doesnt work. They have free Wi-Fi, but it runs at 1.5 Mbps, so very slow. The free coffee is nice. A lot of the employees cuss every other word that comes out of their mouth, so careful if your offended easily or have small children.

The work on my car was done well and all the work was explained to me which I really appreciate.

I called last week and scheduled an appt. for 2 new tires. The man told me they were not in stock and had to be ordered. He said the tires would be there at 12:30 today. I drove 32 miles for nothing. The tires hadnt even been ordered and the idiot responsible for it lied to another employee about checking stock and said they were there when they dont actually stock that size tire. The other fella knew the idiot was lying. Needless to say, they lost a sale. I went to Kauffman Tire and gave them my service. I will never attempt to use Town Tire again.Dear Town Tire,Try raising your standards on your tire changers and hire those with more intelligence than a gnat.

Very professional and kind. I had to leave my car overnight, and they were great at communicating what was going on with my car throughout the entire experience.

Horrible experience . I also, like the poster above had brake issues they can not fix. They charged me $1700.00 and the problem is still not fixed. I took it back four times.They are just guessing at my expense. I think they need to stick to tire changing and leave the mechanics to someone else.
