The manager Bobby and his crew did excellent work along with amazing customer service. The turnaround time was amazing and it was exactly what I needed. Quality work, great customer service, and great turn around time. Bobby really cares for his customers and it shows anytime you visit or call him. I strongly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service, solved a nagging problem of mine for free and super quick! I’ve had a flap on my bumper hanging down and I’ve been told you can’t replace the clip and I certainly didn’t find it worth replacing the bumper. So I’ve duct taped it but Florida heat and humidity kept melting my duct tape off and it was an annoyance. I called and they were great over the phone, when I got there I got out of the car and was greeted by a service man to take it right back (he could see what it needed) and I was out in 10 minutes! Free service with a smile

I have had excellent service here twice (for different issues). On both occasions they did a terrific job--- the car ended up looking better than new. The second time I was there they fixed additional damage without charging me. Very personable and professional staff--- I would highly recommend to anyone!

Customer service is great here, but the quality of work is absolute garbage. They gave me my car back after a bumper repair, however, the paint job was not finished, all it needed was a gold streak of paint. The manager told me it was on back order and that he would call me to let me know when it came in, however, two weeks had passed and it turned out they closed a location and moved to Archer. They acted like it never even happened at first and acted like they did not know me, but I showed proof of my being there previously and explained to the new manager my situation, he immediately took it in and fixed the paint job. Now, it is great customer service, but I feel I should have been called. The car was not complete until 4 or more weeks later. Now, the paint is chipping off my bumper. No thanks, would not recommend this place to anyone who needs bumper repair at least. The bumper even still hangs kind of low. I dont know if they messed up my axles, but my wheel lop sided after they fixed the bumper and had to get towed. Anyways, the paint job is garbage, would not recommend. Heres your google review, your service and quality of work was garbage. Never again.

I came to FL Collision with a unique issue, and they were so understanding and asked no questions. Not only did Chad greet me at the door, he checked out my car, sat me down and gave me a quick estimate and I was out there door within 10 minutes. Not to mention the estimate he gave me $200-$240 less than the 3 other places I went to. He also gave me great advice on my situation which helped so much! All of the other places also told me it would be a 3-4 day process to fix/paint my bumper.. Chad promised and delivered that my car would be ready by the end of the day. Quick and easy and great quality repair. Im very happy that they were my last resort estimate. Fingers crossed that it doesnt happen.. but if ever I, or someone I know needs body repair.. I would recommend this place.

I have never dealt with a more professional and honest body shop than Florida Collision & Service Center in Gainesville. I called the shop around 4pm after my girlfriends car was towed to a tow lot following a crash and Mike had the car immediately towed from the lot to the shop before 5pm, saving us an overnight storage charge from the tow lot. It was looked at, the damage was determined, and a free quote was sent my way after some communication with Mike. Since my girlfriend did not have collision on her insurance, Mike understood that the money was coming out of pocket for the repairs and did everything he could to save us money without cutting corners. I even had my buddy whos father owns a body shop elsewhere in Florida, review the quote. He could not come up with a single argument on the price and said that it was BEYOND fair for the amount of work needed. I gave Mike the go-ahead to begin repairs. His communication with me through the whole process was fantastic and kept me up to date on the cars status. Within a couple weeks my girlfriends car was ready to go. It looked even better than before the wreck. The repairs were flawless, the paint matched exactly, and they even washed it for her, which is something that rarely got done! In a nutshell, Florida Collision & Service Center made getting in a wreck a whole lot less miserable. All of the guys there are professional, hardworking, and honest. I will be recommending them to any of my friends that need body work done on their vehicles. Thanks again for everything guys!

And, since Im new to town and didnt have anyone to pick me up from/drop me off at the shop while the car was being repaired, they were even able to drive me home and come get me again once the car was ready. Before having Florida Collision do the repair, I received two other estimates for the auto body work and Florida Collision was the lowest bid. They repaired my car quickly and as estimated; they even buffed out some scuff marks on my car free of charge.In addition, the staff was very courteous, professional, and organized, and the lobby of the service center was very clean.

After someone hitting my fiance while he was completely stopped, Florida Collision was able to perform miracles with his vehicle. It is like it never happened! I went back recently, and had them do some repair work to my car and they were fast, courteous, and did a great job!

First off, I never leave reviews for businesses, so that should tell you how impressed I was with this place. Its hard to write a review and not sound like I am on their payroll. I just had Florida Collision paint 2 doors for my Jeep, and I wish I could give them 6 stars. The customer service you receive here is unlike anything I have EVER experienced in the automotive service industry. Chad is the man, he goes out of his way to make sure you know exactly what you are getting and gives you the best recommendation possible. I know a couple of people who have had work done here (which is how I was referred ) and they will all tell you the same thing. Honest guys doing awesome work at the best prices in town. If anyone asks me where to take their vehicle in Gainesville for painting/ auto body work, you better believe Im referring them here. Seriously though, Id recommend this place even if you dont live in Gainesville. Make the drive, its worth it.

I very rarely write reviews on here but Florida Collision Center went above and beyond in their work efforts that I am compelled to. Without hesitation I can highly recommend this shop to anybody that needs paint or body work. I took my car in because it was having paint issues. They repainted my car in the amount of time they said it would take (very important) and did an amazing job matching color and by washing/cleaning the car before delivery. There was a bit of confusion because they accidentally did a bit more work than was initially agreed upon. Without hesitation, they stood by their initial estimate and just asked me to recommend them to my friends. I felt like a valued customer every time I entered their shop and their business ethic is apparent from the get-go. They get my highest recommendation!

After a bumpy start with a different collision repair place (a story for another day), I called Chad at FC&SC. At that point I was pretty upset but he was eager to save the day. He asked for me to take pictures and email them to him so he could get a head start on the process. He gave me a realistic quote that included the pricey option and the budget option. I cannot explain how thankful I was. They do offer complimentary transportation if youd like to drop your vehicle off but Chad knew they could fix it in under 30 minutes so he opened the garage a little early to get me on my way. Definitely a 5-star business!

I brought my car in after it had received hail damage out of town. Mike Katz fought against Allstate for the appropriate repair, rather than do the repair described in the incomplete estimate they had put together. After he had pushed for a month and a half, he decided that getting my car back was more important, and used hundreds of dollars of his own money to fix my car the way it should have been fixed. I got my car back and it looked FANTASTIC. However, Allstate refused to pay for the extension on the rental car, regardless of the fact that they caused a large number of delays throughout the process. Mike fought with me for about a month AFTER I had gotten my car back, and in the end, after lengthy negotiations with Allstate, Mike remained involved until all outstanding payments were made. I would recommend Florida Collision & Service to anyone. Mike will fight to get you the repair you deserve, and the repair itself will look great.

I had a leakage problem with my car that had been bothering me for while. My car would fill up to 3 inches of water everytime it rained! Florida Collision & Service Center took less than 20 minutes to determine where the problem was coming from and offered to throw in a car detail after I got the problem fixed! Their customer service was excellent. They were extremely considerate and barely had me waiting on my car! THE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

Drove to Tampa to get away from Hurricane Michael on the way there my whole back bumper comes off of my brand new Volkswagen Jetta. Took my car to 3 shops in Tampa who said they couldn’t fix it but one shop recommended this shop and within 30 minutes my bumper was on and is still on till this day. “Life Saver”

After getting hit from behind, I contacted Michael. He got me in that day, assessed the damage and actually drove me to rental car company. Then he went to work on the insurance company, fighting for me and my property. My truck was repaired quickly and correctly, using the right parts.
