Avoid this rental house at all costs! Have rented multiple times and every time the items are damaged or dont work. The owner John will tell its your fault too! Never even offered a refund. Never had these issues when Pete was the owner. Save yourself the headache of dealing with them and go with someone else.

Been troubleshooting a new mixer for a podcast setup for months. Im completely audio incompetent, and didnt have the knowledge nor the equipment to diagnose my issues.After talking to Peter here on the phone for 20-30 minutes while he took time out of his day to try to fix things right then and there, I brought my setup to their shop to sort things out. Not only did he spend a full hour testing my equipment and educating me on possible causes for it white noise (while the shop was clearly busy setting up rental gear for an event), he wouldnt even let me pay him for it.Seriously, look at my review history, I dont take the time to write reviews often and when I do theyre brief, but these guys go above and beyond to help out. I know my case isnt really their main source of business, but 10/10 just for the service alone. Cannot possibly recommend enough.

If I could give more stars I would! I really enjoyed working with this company. As a professional DJ and Sound Engineer for more than 15 years myself I have pretty high standards and these guys did everything right. I was flown in to Florida to DJ a private party so naturally I needed to rent Sound and Lighting equipment. From the first phone call to get everything scheduled to their delivery and pick up of all the equipment everything went super smooth. There were even a couple of outside the box production needs from the end client that Peter helped me troubleshoot and together we met all the clients desires and more. Great service, totally pro gear, great prices, and extremely knowledgeable staff. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
